Im curious I have chiron leo in the 7th house...
is there where my wounds show up?
Also, my boyfriend has his chiron in gemini in the 5th house along with his sun, my gemini 4th house conjuncts his chiron and sun, would this be indicative of children and would this heal his wounds along with mine?

Also does chiron have a way of repeating itself if the native does;t grow awareness about it? I am deathly afraid of
a) abandoning my future children
b) having the same childhood repeat onto my children

is this at all possible? I have a feeling I will do the abandoning...

I grew up with Chiron in 12th and Venus in 12th as well. I suffer in silence and love cuts through the heart like a hot knife through butter. Chiron in pain and sufferring. Awareness of its presence does not lessen its pain. Just don't bring your childhood pain on your offspring.

Chiron in the 3rd--finding mu voice hurts so badly, sometimes. By voice, I mean identity, but I push myself on, by pure will, and I am finding it. LL has been a big part of that!

I think that it's also possible that Chiron + children might not mean that *you* have a problem with *them*, but perhaps *they* will have the issue. That is, it could mean a difficult child or else maybe something like that, rather than abandonment or abuse. Maybe the kids will be the one who cause hurt rather than the other way around.

At any rate, I hope that things work out for you if you have children and that you'll experience more of the "healer" side of the wounded healer of Chiron than the "wounded" side.

That just made me think of something:

Could Chiron represent an area in which *you* have been hurt, but in which you heal?

So much going on here

My 7th house Chiron Leo stems from not being appreciated, never being aloud to express myself, being put down when trying to express creativity, any outlet was looked down upon growing up + abandonment with the father, thats just what holds true, and what I also read about Leo Chiron. No idea how that plays into my partnerships entirely.

So you think someone with Chiron 5th house will have a child or children and their children/child will have a problem and not the parent?

I have a 7th house Chiron as well, but in Aries... I agree with all of what the other 7th house Chiron's had to say... I guess mine has a slightly different flavor being in Aries...

Thanks for the post... good to compare!

Any thoughts on when your chiron falls in someone's 8th house and their chiron falls in your 8th house? Is this significant?

a) is a fear that needs to be dealt with within yourself and has little if anything to do with Chiron issues. Chiron is over-identified with 'wounded' in the 'wounded healer' summary. Healer is the Verb there, wounded is simply a past tense adverb. Understand?
b) is avoided by healing yourself and becoming more Guided by Love than those who raised you.

Its not about growing awareness about Chiron. There are plenty of people who have healed tremendously who know nothing about Chiron or the myth. It is about accepting your capacity for Transmutation - turning hurts or disappointments into opportunities to do good. Its a Creative act applied by an Intention to become more whole.

Some people are intent on holding onto victim status. This is the perfect formula for patterns of wounds or disappointments repeating themselves.

Underneath it all is fear. Replace fear with Love - its what we all want anyway. Love yourself by acceptance and not judging yourself. Chiron cannot do that for you. Write down whatever you feel has hurt you or that you are holding against yourself (failures, etc). Then decide to forgive yourself. Make a deal with yourself that you will learn from the experience and move on.

Peace.

I had other people's chiron in my 8th but my own Chiron is in the 8th so it's hard to tell whether the effect was caused by their Chiron in there or some aspect from a planet of theirs activating my Chiron.

8th House Chiron issues I've run into:

1. Rejection in my attempts to be emotionally intimate. I have Venus in Scorpio and this has happened to me a lot. This Venus is too intense for some people's taste. So I freaked some person out and felt like it happened because I was worthless.

2. I've been dependent on another's income and felt worthless as a result. I don't think I'll ever live that one down.

3. I shared my resources with someone who mooched off me and that hurt because I didn't know if they liked me for me or my money.

4. This is one that I read about somewhere online: this is a placement for a good sex therapist. I really dislike this one, especially since it's been proven true! Poor dude had performance issues and voila he was cured of them after a few sessions.

Do you see yourself or your relationship in any of these? What sign is your Chiron in?
