What do you think about moons that are squared (sag and pisces), but the fact that sag and pisces are also both ruled by Jupiter (and Neptune for Pisces). Wouldn't that lend at least some compatibility?IP: Logged |

Pisces is not ruled by Jupiter, Neptune rules Pisces.A compatible moon is two moons within the same element thats the most compatible you could look for. IP: Logged |

Pisces could be ruled by Jupiter depending on whether you believe in the old rulerships or co-rulerships.I think it would depend on where Jupiter was placed, in that case. You can also look at whether the Moons make the same natal aspects (for instance I always seem to date guys with Moon opposite Jupiter, the same aspect I have). IP: Logged |

I thought that too, but astrology.com says it is ruled by "fortunate Jupiter and new age Neptune.". I also thought I'd read that some seeming incompatibility was resolved when you had matching sign rulers.IP: Logged |

So, what is your opinion, amowls, if we accept co-rulership?IP: Logged |

Well they are both mutable, lends to needing a bit of freedom, both are signs that can see the big picture and that get the joke, both good senses of humor, but a square is fundamentally an aspect of tension. Not that it can't be mitigated. For ex. if the Pisces Moon had it natally in the 9th, or in aspect to Jupiter, it would make that person more compatible w.Sagittarius Moons. They'd also be more compatible if their Sun was in the 9th or in aspect to Jupiter. Same if their Venus was in Sagittarius/9th/aspect Jupiter. And if the Sagittarius Moon was in aspect to Neptune, in the 12th, had their Sun in the 12th or in aspect to Neptune, they'd be more compatible w.Pisces Moons. Same if their Venus was in Pisces/12th/aspect Neptune. So if one or both of the above conditions are met, there will still be a square, but it'd not be felt with so much tension, because the energies are compatible w.the other's chart. Seen it time & again, so it's not a deal breaker. IP: Logged |

Many of my longest lasting & exciting relationships have been with an incompatible moon person.Too much compatibility can equal = boring. IP: Logged |

I suppose you learn to adjust, or one of you learns to be not so sensitive.IP: Logged |
