Would this mean that this person will fall in love fast in all his/her relationships?

*Bare in mind - birth time is an estimate but we believe it's around that time.*

He has told me he loves me already (we've only been together for 5 months) and when I asked if he says it to all girls he says that he doesn't. Sometimes he does do things for me, which I am very grateful of but he is also more on the "sober/strict" side and has troubles expressing his emotions. He's not a "words" person.

Man... I thought I was looking at my own chart there for a second!

I'm born on the 10th of that same year. Complete with Sag rising and all, too (if that's the accurate time). I'm female though, and gender/social differences could mean him and I express Venus conjunct Neptune differently, but I can tell you:

The sun conjunct saturn makes him serious and having all those planets in his 12th house in scorpio makes him very secretive and private. He represses alot of things and keeps it inside.

I'm a hopeless romantic. I fall in love easily, but I am loyal and I do mean what I say to my loved one. I'm also very scarse with verbal affections so if I say "I love you" to someone, I really mean it. I don't know if it's my Venus conjunct Neptune doing that though. I always thought it was my Mercury opposite my Moon, but your man doesn't seem to have that... he does have almost everything else in common with me, down to the Sun conjunct Saturn

Haha, really? Awesome!!!! Now I have someone to bug about when I am misunderstanding him! Hahaha

One question though, it's not that he is not honest with me with all those secrets and 12th house scorpio planets...actually, he probably feels that I don't trust him.

I haven't told him that I loved him yet. I also explained to him that it takes time and it is not something that should be taken lightly.

He is in deed a serious person on the outside to other people...but when we are alone, he is different. I bring out the kid in him, I make him laugh, smile, we play fight and we crack jokes etc. He and I are spending more time together and we are getting more attached. In a way, he is pulling back but also getting attached. I understand that is a trait of scorpios..so I will have to be patient with him.

As for blowing up, he hasn't...yet. The times I've upset him or when he's upset about something everything is repressed...but I can definitely feel the "tension".
