I have Gemini rising, Mars and Jupiter in Gemini as well and I think anongirl has hit it on the head. Even with my 3 personal planets in Aries, I still feel the affects of Gemini strongly. I have a dual nature, I have nearly two of everything in my life (2 majors, 2 best friends, usually at least 2 guys I'm interested in. What's funny is it seems to balance me in an almost Libran way. Odd.)

#2 is especially true for me. Geminis are similar to Libras in that there isn't a strong sense of self and they like to feel like they belong by adopting whatever the popular opinion of the group is at the current time. Later they'll walk away thinking about it taking the opposite view point. At least that sometimes happens to me anyway.

I do NOT enjoy small talk though, I guess that's the Aries in me.

I think Gemini girls are often insecure about themselves too, which relates back to anongirl's point #2. One Gemini girl was always being very, erm, slutty but I think it was because she couldn't figure out who she really was. She wanted to be an adult but she didn't have the mentality of one. I found her to be very shallow. Another Gemini girl was also promiscuous but she had Cancer in her chart and a Taurus moon which I think which gave her a lot more depth than the first Gemini girl I mentioned.

Gemini guys... I've only known one. He was cute, kind of a tom cat but I could also smell his lack of confidence. Maybe it's not a lack of confidence but compared to a fire sign they just don't give off a very stable vibe and it makes them appear shallow, though they're not always. Stable as in grounded and methodical although all of them have been very smart where least expected.
