I had someone's Neptune conjunct my Mercury-Neptune conjunction, which sextiles his Psyche conjunct my Moon. Nada. I didn't feel anything. Maybe because none of those planets are in water signs. IP: Logged |

Yes, I think you can, in a way...Yearsss ago I've literally TESTED something like this and the result totally flabbergasted me!
My friend moved to another country and I had not heard from him for about one and a half year. I missed him and was angry as he didn't keep his promise to stay in touch.
I tried to 'mentally' connect by... simply acting like he was WITH ME. I slept with his unwashed smelling sweater which I still had and when I was eating I visualized him sitting near or in front of me at the table. I banished ALL negative thoughts about him and I reached a point that I simply didn't need his physical presence any longer as he was with me all-the-time. And guess what.. I was really happy with that  After a few days... ringgg ringggg ... phone, yea.. it was HIM! Asking me to come to Germany... even talked with his mom about me... wow.
Unbelievable, really. Synastry? Well, you could say with all his planets in Aqua (Sun/Moon/Mercury/Mars) and me (Leo, Scorp, Cancer, Virgo and only Mars/NN in aqua..) not very flowing synastry. Strong aspects; my uranus trine his mercury, my sun opp. his mercury/mars, my vertex conjunct his mars, his moon conjunct my NN and def. his Saturn conjunct my SN, his Pluto trine my NN, but no significant Neptune connection in our synastry (unless... his neptune semi-sextile my moon) IP: Logged |

Oh yeah one can really have telepathic communication with someone else.
I would look for Moon/Neptune links and intense 8th house placements in synastry/composite.

The only strange thing I have experienced is finishing people's sentences. It can be a total stranger or someone I have known for years.Not really all that strange I suppose; I follow their logic to begin with, then when they cant spit out their words, I will do it for them. IDk its weird... I really sense him.... Especially being around him... I pick up on him alot... example..
One time me, him and another friend were talking..
I saw his eye was super red.. I asked him whats wrong with your eye its really red...
He looked surprised and he said well I had pink eye, but its just about gone now, and he shows me the eye medicine...
Ok so doesnt sound strange. UNTIL the other person says...
His eyes are white... I dont see any red.. I would have never know you had pink eye...
She goes how did you know his eye was red? I looked at his eye again and sure enough it was white.. The redness was gone...
Anyways... Picking up on people is nothing new for me.. I have strong intuition..
But this is very different...
Im not sure how to explain it..

I do think though that Uranus may be more "electric", like a flash or bolt, while Neptune feels more gentle, more flowing.
