What aspects would give someone a suspicious and untrusting nature?

What aspects (if any) would cause someone to be weary of women/men?

Would Venus square Saturn make it hard for an individual to trust their partner?

Wary of women: Moon or Venus conjunct/square/opp/quincunx Saturn or Pluto

Wary of men: Sun or Mars conjunct/square/opp/quincunx Saturn or Pluto

Flowing aspects to Saturn would indicate realistic view

I'm very trusting and relaxed with my interests when it moves beyond the physical and I have a Venus trine Saturn (both retrograde, notably enough). Like, if they tell me about stuff and are honest, I'm really pretty cool with most anything.

Sun trine Chiron

Can someone expand on this because I see this.. with someone I know... i just assumed cap placements. I do think saturn squaring sun asc or moon would do this too. maybe?

What about Sun opp Chiron?

Aspects to Jupiter? I missed the boat on Jupiter 'cause I've only ever associated humor, and weight gain with it!

I have Sun and Venus square Saturn (ah... is that hinting that this lifetime it's part of my karma to repair my relationships with men? That would kind of make sense with my Mars in the 12th. Someone told me that means I was a warrior in a past life. Perhaps I was a rotten politician?!) BUT... I have Moon TRINE Saturn. So how does the Moon trine Saturn affect the Sun and Venus squares?

As far as Chiron (in Cancer, in the 1st house) goes, it's conjunct my Gemini ASC (I don't know what that means but I'm assuming it's prominent if it's conjunct my ASC) and in opposition with Jupiter in Gemini (in the 12th)

"a suspicious and untrusting nature"
---Could be Mercury/Pluto.

"weary of women/men"
---Sun/Moon/Venus/Mars to Saturn.

"Venus square Saturn make it hard for an individual to trust their partner"
---I have this, I don't have a problem w.trusting. Hard Sun/Neptune or Moon/Neptune, I've seen. Neptune rules deceit, makes matters unclear, you're second-guessing your partner (Sun/Moon both significators for the partner). I knew one couple, wow, they were at it every other day hurling suspicions back and forth, both had Sun sq Neptune, both w.Pluto in the 1st. Pluto in 1st or 7th, I've seen both placements be suspicious in general + therefore have problems trusting the partner. Mercury, Jupiter hard aspect Neptune, possibly.

"not as bad as Venus square Pluto because it's not intense, just really strict."
---I have this too, not so for me.

Either you're from different cultures or the Chiron person trusts the Sun person a lot.

Ouch! I'd stay away, especially if you met while Saturn is making a hard transit to one of you's Venus, Mars, or Chiron. Look up Magi Astrology if you're curious. Some people here don't subscribe to it but it's worked for me and my family so far.

Well, he likes to encompass a lot of things..he's all about expansion. Trust is a Jupiterian quality.

That's a good take on the whole configuration.

I think the Moon (especially since it's exalted in Taurus) trine Saturn gives you the emotional steadyness and strength to weather whatever Saturn squaring Sun-Venus dishes out...

Hmmm. Food for thought.

I feel like I'm finally getting somewhere with this and with my karma, and I don't want to stop! I have Sun, Mercury, and Venus square Saturn AND all three squaring Neptune BUT my Moon is trine Saturn and Neptune. Considering my MC is in Pisces, am I supposed to be less headstrong and more trusting (trust is a big thing for me right now, I realized I'm very Capricornish in my fear and it's caging me in from experiencing life.)? How do I overcome that though when I'm proved right a lot of the time? Well, whenever I'm looking at my friends' relationships I'm right... with my own, forget it. I don't even want to deal with my own 'cause I mess up and leave instead of getting left.

Pluto retrograde
Some interpretations indicate this.

Then there are other factors in the chart too to consider.

Pluto would make people less likely to immediately trust others.

I have a busy Pluto and to some extent I look at everybody sideways.

Oh, I don't have any Pluto aspects. It just sits in my 5th house all by it's lonesome.

Nah, it depends on the type of aspect. If it's a square, then yeah. it means possible issues with self-delusion...even stuff like thinking you're a martyr or some kind of special deity-figure. Check out the Astrologer's Handbook on this one.

But trust issues - nah. In fact if Neptune in general, had anything to do with trust at all it would probably manifest more as being gullible and too QUICK to trust people.
