by "lose", i don't mean misplacing mobile phone and glasses, but in a more grander scale...to list a few, i lost my father (divorce) as a child, i lost my mother to a psychological illness. i lost all my belongings to a flood, theft etc, not just once but a few times. i spiritually "lost" my home country to long and complicated circumstances, i lost several places of residence because i could not prolong my visa. in the sense that as if this is a theme of my life, that i learn and evolve from these experiences of "loss". they are also not the kind of loss that devastates and destroys, like i lose someone dear to me to an accident, but the kind that sort of persists in the background, an everyday condition that i have to take with resignation. i suspect the Saturn at the top of my chart, at 0 degree Virgo in 9th house, although i don't quite know why. i have an emphasis on 9th house matters because i have AC, Sun and a Stellium in Sagittarius, while Jupiter opposes all this. could also have something to do with security and belonging-ness = 4th house? what would indicate this kind of experiences of "not having"? In my opinion, "loss" would be Pluto/8th/Scorpio placements, since I equate loss with death (even if metaphorically speaking). But I can see how Saturn would represent loss, although it would be more like loss-frustration/inability to achieve something or punishment for not doing enough work. I would associate Pisces/12th/Neptune with undoing, loss by own doing, loss by deception. My money is still on Pluto IP: Logged |

Yeap, Mercury retrograde. What you're describing sounds more like Saturn, teaching his obnoxious lessons.IP: Logged |

yes, i do feel that i was born under a lucky star! i don't feel miserable because of the things that happen in my life, ok there were times i did, but it's not like misery is the "theme". i learnt and matured through my experiences. i value them. however, it can cut it out for me for a bit now! It is said, and I have seen it proved, that H10 planet can be a theme of life,in a nutshell. U have Pluto there, opposing ur H4,which really is a big worker in this case,ur sense of belonging and inner peace is never disturbed. Pluto shows its nature by deconstructing and then rebuilding. It could fit ur learning from loss experiences. The really good thing about it is that makes u discover qualities and resources u'd never imagine u could have. IP: Logged |

that sounds wonderful. i had this strange feeling throughout my life, that wherever i go i instantly belong... it's a big damper for sightseeing, i feel instantly there. at the same time, i don't know if it makes sense but i get haunted by the loneliness that i have nowhere to truly belong. that has to do with my not being able to have a grip of myself due to childhood experiences though. i'm getting better with it. perhaps your moon in the 5th opposition pluto in the 11th and Northnode in the 11th means karmic lessons revolving around people you care about emotionally very much and the theme of death and loss.Pluto- death, loss Northnode- lessons you need to learn in this lifetime, fated events. Moon- what you are attached to, emotions. Moon can also represent your mother. 5th-11th axis- people you attract to your life and your hopes and dreams. accept your self and the lessons you are here to learn and love unconditionally. Acceptance and unconditional love will give you the resilience to overcome this karma. IP: Logged |

it's 4th and 10th house, not 5th and 11th. but it's true, i do feel my NN axis strongly, and my SN/moon is very strong especially because Moon is good in the 4th house. i'm in the middle of carrying myself consciously on this journey, to accept myself, others, and be able to assert myself without being lost in this world. it's a constantly evolving experience. Ur H4 Moon is really good example of what a strong Moon can do. IP: Logged |

do you care to explain more about this? i always couldn't help associating it with the SN energy and how my maternal experience was dragging me down. maybe it's time to separate it from SN and look at it in its pure state? by the way, moon is conjunct exactly by Eris. it's a bit scary actually... U have felt Pluto conj NN; u respond to the circumstances caused by it,great loss; So,I think u moved pass ur SN. But,it a horribly hard task! Just like u said,SN energy draggs one down, all it is all well masked in the sentiment of familiarity,u feel so cosy u don't react. Ur H4 Moon is powerful, since it endows with internal bliss and confidence. U know who u r and where u come from. But,what makes it stronger is Moon's trines to H9 Leo Mars(understanding that life is struggle and challenge, but there is also passion and drive, desire to live with dignity) and H1 Neptune. Moon conj SN might have given u some pain, but it shaped u (rising Neptune),it shapes ur idealistic nature, makes u compassionate, sensitive to others' pain. IP: Logged |
