Look at 6th house.

What planets are there and the aspects.

It's simple, horribly placed planets in 6th house badly aspected spells health problems. The degree depends on signs and planets.

I have afflicted Venus in the 6th and am v.healthy, all my life.
The ruler of my 6th is afflicted as well, it is Saturn in the 3rd and I sometimes struggle with depression, but I have a lot of other markers for it in my chart (aside from Saturn 3rd):
-Moon Capricorn
-Moon sq Saturn
-Moon sq Pluto
-Venus sq Saturn
-Mars conj Saturn

Why are you looking at the Moon?

Look at the Asc, 1st house, they point to general constitution.
Mine is Leo and that may be one reason I have such great health.

I have jupiter in 6th house, getting trine from venus, MC and widely sun(mutual reception with it)square from PLuto in 8th house. Biquintile Uranus. Quincunx Neptune and Moon.

With that Jupiter in 6th house and Pluto in 8th house, i just can't die. I havent even had a single flu or cold for four years. I am gifted with health.

So jupiter in 6th house can be indicative of very good health...
