If his Draconic Venus in conj to your NN you have mets before. He wants in this life tell you something about the direction in your life. Maybe like a friend or love or something.....

True, like Athene says - NN in draconic means nothing because it is always 0 degree Aries. Unless you mean NN of your natal.

If it's drac Venus to natal NN, with other stuff - it's a past life thing, maybe. Depending on how important Venus is, in the chart.
