Same thing with me but with Leo Moon. It made me laugh when I saw your Moon, lol.I have a sneaking suspicion that it's that Cancer Saturn in the 4th. Hmm, your fifth house (romance and romantic interests) is ruled by Moon in Leo... Oh, who knows... Too bad Moon conj Saturn is a ***** to deal with. What are your relationships like with Cancer Moon? Are they relatives? Coworkers? Random people? IP: Logged |

Don't tell me your'e a moon in Cancer too! Lol... it's prominent relationships with the opposite sex. Sometimes a fling, sometimes unrequited love (either me or him) my first 'real' boyfriend had it, my ex husband had it, my current partner has it, someone who was 'in love' with me (he says) recently, but the feeling wasn't mutual, has it. I only just realised they all have this placement.IP: Logged |

I keep getting earth and water Mercury people. My guess is that I'm supposed to learn about how to read other people's communication language, how to be less anxious when people don't communicate, how to trust good people when I know that they're good but don't understand a lot of what they do, to lower my expectations with others (not to the point that I'm mistreated, though), etc. So, maybe the Cancer moon people are meant to be a way for you to learn something that others couldn't teach you in quite the same way? Or maybe *you* are meant to teach *them* something that *they* need to learn? Maybe, too, with all of your fixed and cardinal placements, they see you as safe, stable, and reliable?
I have a lot of trouble with their communication style. I call it the passive aggressive silent treatment. I'm very direct and straight up and I have so much trouble with the way they communicate and I get sooo frustrated. Why do they go MIA?IP: Logged |

I’m going to second part of what ElizabethO said and say that the main reason Cancer Moons may feature prominently in your romantic connections is because Cancer is the sign on your 5th house cusp of romance…while the 7th house is all about liking, togetherness and tender affection, the 5th symbolizes infatuation and the qualities that make you fall in love initially… for you that may be a kind of childlike sensitivity and a tendency to be caring and protective…. Combined with some Leo qualities, as the 5th house ruler the Moon is in Leo (someone who is also dashing and charismatic?).And yes, I’m a Cancer Moon myself.

I actually have Libra Moon conj your Sun. I am a Cancer Sun, though. Oh, snap. You cannot escape. Well, I think it's your empty 5th house ruled by Cancer. My 5th house is empty, too, and ruled by Aquarius. I've have A LOT of experience with Aquarius Moon as well as Leo Moon (empty 11th house). IP: Logged |

So then it would make sense that almost all of them (I sound like a floozy) also have a lot of fire in their chart too? Current has Aries sun conjunct Mercury and Venus!IP: Logged |

Muy Interesante! Besides that Chiron in Aries, you have an empty 2nd house... How apt that you're with an Aries Venus And with Mercury and Sun as well! IP: Logged |

Elizabeth0 I'm hoping it goes well, it's early days but I have a good feeling about it, if only I can grasp this Cancer Moon thing. RegardesPlatero....xxxxxx I want to give you a great big hug! I feel for you! I get you a little more now thankyou. I can also see how I can create these anxieties in other ppl! Funny thing is I have the same anxieties too, and when Cancer moon goes MIA it makes mine so much worse! But this is something I will bear in mind. You'd think after 20 odd years I would understand by now. I hope you get it all sorted out, you sound so fragile I just want to hug you!IP: Logged |

I really do wish you all the best. I have Mercury in Scorpio but I can't explain the mixed messages, I could think of nothing worse. That sounds frustrating.IP: Logged |

If you mean romantically - well, your fifth house cusp, IS Cancer...Editing to add that I posted that before I read the entire thread and saw Lotis said the same... IP: Logged |

I don't understand their communication style wither I'm direct and I like when others just tell me things straight up. I find with cancer moon and mercury they don't like to just tell you they expect you to know which is extremely frustrating and I hate guessing because often guessing gets me to the wrong conclusions and that could have all been dealt with if they would just tell me whatever it was straight up. passive aggressive for sure. I have no idea how to handle cancer placements. And their mood swings and MIA-ing is frustrating to. I have moon in Pisces and I absorb emotions etc... but I don't get cancer moon. At all. I try to. But I'm not fond of the indirectness.. Maybe they do this because I've unintentionally said something to hurt their feelings. But I won't even know cause they are so indirect and don't know how to answer questions directly. gah!IP: Logged |
