I also am not clear about these three.I know that the 7th house rules "open enemies", people that you may not positively gravitate towards (in the beginning).People that tend to have opposing views to your own.
Venus, on the other hand, is said to relate how you go about showing affection, what you find attractive in another, your values/tastes and preferences and how you go about spending/making money.
The 7th house, contrary to public opinion, is not synonymous to Venus(well, atleast in my opinion).
Juno ,to me, has a very "capricorn"/
saturn/ taciturn feel.To me it is really about growing up; finding out what is essential, important in long-term commitment and getting rid of all the fluffy stuff.
Juno(also believed to rule the home)is all about settling down, "making it official", the ol' "ball and chain" etc.
Juno is about getting down to the nitty gritty of what living together and building a life is all about i.e Romeo washing the dishes and taking the kids to school etc.
Its is also suggested that Juno(which also rules daily habits, functions and the minute details of everyday living) squaring the moon in the natal chart or in synastry, can make marriage very difficult for the person/people involved.
And the person/people might resist any type of long-term commitment until the issues that Juno-Moon has, are successfuly resolved.
I have Juno-Moon square nataly(by 8 degrees). I don't breed well(moon) in captivity(Juno).
But I reckon, if I meet someone who has moon in Aries conjunct my Juno.It can make quite a difficult and tense living arrangement(moon square moon aspect), but one that works very well long-term(moon-juno conjunct).
