Can you please help me interpret these? I have two sons: one is 15 and the other is 6.Everything out there is about lovers (and I'm sick of it). I'm talking about parent-child relationships. I'm doing my best to be the best possible parent, but I want to know that my sons are leading contented lives. No, I don't want to be their best friend. My mission in life is to whip them into shape to face the challenges ahead and excel at whatever they choose to do. Thanks! Older Son: Son Aspect Father

Venus Conjunction Saturn Venus Square Neptune Mars Conjunction Sun Mars Square Jupiter Mars Trine Uranus Jupiter Square Mercury Jupiter Square Mars Jupiter Trine Saturn Saturn Opposition Mercury Saturn Opposition Mars Uranus Sextile Sun Uranus Opposition Uranus Neptune Conjunction Saturn Neptune Square Neptune Its strange because the aspects seem more positive with the older son and more negative with the younger son, but in real life, I'm much more a disciplinarian with the older son, who appears to respect me more than he likes me, and much, much more of a buddy with the younger son, who appears to like me more. Guess I guessed wrong.

Two sons! Lucky man. I'm the only girl and my father spoils me rotten with love, but I know he wishes he had more boys. I only have a younger brother. I'm the oldest. What's the age difference between you and your first son? I found some info for you on Mars conj Saturn: quote: If both individuals are considerate of each other, and are growth-oriented, the relationship can be a great learning experience. For example, if the conjunction occurs in Aries, the Mars individual will take action, and express his or her "me-first" tendency freely and unabashedly. Aries, quite simply, comes naturally to Mars! Saturn, on the other hand, feels unnatural expressing these traits. Perhaps Saturn feels guilty when taking the lead. Where Mars rushes right in, Saturn carefully appraises the situation before he goes into it, if he doesn't withdraw from it altogether. Mars can have much to learn from Saturn—Mars can learn how to think a little before acting, and tone down his or her aggressiveness and impatience. As well, Saturn has much to learn from Mars. Saturn may secretly long to be just like Mars, going after what it wants without fear of failure.
http://cafeastrology.com/articles/synmarssaturn.html Does this sound accurate? I know that as the oldest child, I felt that my mother was much more disciplinarian with me than my younger brother. I often felt that my brother was closer to my mom because he learned how to please her by watching my relationship with her - what not to do, what to do if he wants something, etc. In regards to your younger son, Venus conj Saturn tends to have a wet blanket effect, but it also creates a strong bond. This is very interesting... Hmm. Just goes to show ya that positive free will ultimately nullify negative aspects. IP: Logged |

The age difference is 33 years between myself and my eldest son. He is extremely accomplished on his own accord. I try not to exercise favoritism, but the natural inclination is to be more accomodating with the young one. The age difference between the brothers is also large at 9 years.IP: Logged |
