You'd do well in Finance, and I'm not just saying that because I already know you're a horrible wall street banker . I kid.

Capricorn is at home in the 10th house. I've always felt that Capricorns are best at Finance. Finance is based off of structure, hierarchy, and the movement of assets - all things linked to Capricorn.

Your 10th house is ruled by Jupiter, too!

The 2nd house is the house of acquired assets. Jupiter in the 2nd house makes you lucky in that arena. Jupiter is expansive, so this creates a focus on expanding your assets. Jupiter in Aries reminds me of a brave cowboy setting off into the adventures of the wild, wild west. I suppose that's the way you are when it comes to your outlook on acquiring possessions, assets, money, etc.

6th house is more about your day-to-day habits, workplace, and health. To a certain extent, it rules our developed skill sets, which are applied to the workplace. Your 6th house Lord is Sun in Capricorn in the 10th. That means your day-to-day routines are geared and focused on building your career. In short, you work hard.

So it all comes full circle.

There's a lot of focus on Taurus and Capricorn energy, which is why I thought you'd be lucky in Finance. Those two signs rule money and business.

Sorry if I'm talking in circles. I'm writing this from an airplane and I'm sort of... tipsy, lol.

Hope this helped!

Thank you so much, ElizabethO!!

Its fated that I'm a horrible wall street banker lol Its in the genes. Believe it or not, I'm fourth generation at this career on my father's side. Even then, he insisted that I become a doctor.

So, it all comes full circle with the Capricorn huh? Aries Jupiter Rules the 10th House and Capricorn Sun is Lord of the 6th House? Interesting! Sorry. Where is the Taurus besides crossing partly into the 2nd House? Lord of the 2nd House is also Capricorn Sun?

Anybody want to buy a credit default swap on a collateralized debt obligation? I'll throw in the title to the Brooklyn Bridge and Golden Gate Bridge as part of the deal, and maybe my oceanfront property in Arizona.

No prob.

Btw, I probably should have gone from the 2nd house to the 6th to the 10th.. Meh.

2nd house rules what we want and what we have, 6th house rules the skills we develop to get those things, and 10th house is the ultimate manifestation of all those things aka your life vocation or "career". In society, we are judged by what we do and what we've acquired in whatever arena we've chosen to subscribe.

Also, if you want to know about the future of your career, I guess you should look at your progressions. I almost thought about transits, but I feel like progressions are better for this question. Transits really just show potential happenings in your surrounding environment that, yes, affect your life, but progressions give better insight on personal development.

If you're talking about a change of career or your future potential at work, look at your progressions. If you want to know if you'll get fired or if there's a promotion in the future, look at transits.

You expand your assets but this is spent in the 11th house but that's in Capricorn with mars there...so people will view you as stingy because mercury is retrograde....so it's not apparent how stingy you are until people notice how much you have...if you don't have much at all they'll see that when you do you'll eventually spend it but you save for retirement like no other..You do, however, enjoy spending money on your hopes and dreams...expect some scars here, mars always gives scars...perhaps you spent too much money on a friend once...and now you're like scrooge, emotional scar, or perhaps it hasn't happened yet...whatever it is mercury retrograde, or hermes, stops it from surfacing, you're aware of it.....but don't let it show.......

I would use kotch here, and based on that your sun is in the elleventh house, frat boy, big groups etc...seems like you....a sun in the tenth house would project a more actor like way...sun in the tenth house is like the guy who thinks he is Leonardo davinci, and he will be one day, but isn't yet...so you serve your friends....you work for friends, in the long run, you'll see that you'll end up making some strong managerial contacts, and even being some sort of manager yourself.

Ultimately, your tenth house is more sagitarius, ruled by jupiter...but aquarius is the worst sign to have in the 12th house...especially with venus there...you wanted to be an artist...or your repressed artist function will cause you much harm if the aquariun energy isn't integrated...perhaps play some electric guitar...

The pluto conjunct uranus in virgo...reaks of divorce too because it's the ruler so don't get married for a while....and remember...that pluto conjunct the ascendant can mean that you may attract someone who is abuse, drug dealer, cup...or extreme in nature...here i would think you would or might end up marrying a doctor who make smore than you, then getting divorced beacuse she is too critical...I think that perhaps she will have the better lawyer...do not lay any hands on her...pluto the seventh is really bad...even if you don't hit her and she says you did...the cops will side with her...

Also...I'm guessing you take some sort of add medication - uranus square moon...no need to confirm it, but I've seen this causing high functional add.

I take no medications. For what its worth, I officially have high functioning Asperger's Autism. It is supposed to affect my social interactions and make me socially awkward to others.

No 6th House emphasis, 10th house emphasis = good

More of a boss than an employee/slave.

Thank you Chironrising. Some good pointers there, but a lot of that also doesn't sound like me.

I'm not stingy and at times I spend like a drunken sailor. However, I do provision and save. Friends have beena double edged sword to me. I have helped a few willingly, but my best friends have turned out to be those who have not needed financial backing.

I was no frat boy in college. I was widely respected and popular, but I had no close friends except for my girlfriends, all of whom I loved dearly. I concentrated hard on my future in school and got all As. I also went on to graduate school and also got all As. I was not part of any frat.

I was not a repressed artist. Never had any artistic inclinations until I hit 40 years old. Prior to that, all I wanted to do was conquer the career world and the corner the financial markets. I did not mellow out until I hit 40. I was the most intense focused dude around.

I married the straightest arrow in the world, but she turned out to be the greatest sex pot anyway. Neither of us has ever taken any narcotics. She has never tried smoking. We have been happily married for 18 years.

One of the girls I nearly married did turn out to become a top cardiac transplant surgeon. She is indeed a fun, wild child with a rebellious spirit, but she saves lives daily.

With Aries in the 2nd house of income, you need to forge a new way ahead in the finance sector.
Aries is the Head of the Zodiac; wants to be the first in everything he does.
I would also check your Uranus (for innovation). No time to look now.
I also wanted to say that the ruler of your 6th is in your 10th. So, whatever work you do is going to be a CAREER and with Sun in the house of Saturn; it's a hardworking post with long-term success (Saturn usually delivers best in the end; with lots of hardwork and possible obstacles along the way). Persistence, hardwork, conscientiousness are all traits of a strong 10th house.
So, aim high because you are not made to be average. If you have in mind a new way of doing things, invest in your idea. Aries wants you to be a leader!

Hahaha Thanks anongrl,

I'm a boss' nightmare. A hardworking guy who is unconventional and doesn't want to follow any of the established rules

I agree with ElizabethO: you have a lot of tenth house placements (and in Capricorn to boot). As she pointed out, Capricorn is very much at home there. Capricorn is a sign known for no-nonsense, determination, perseverance, stability, hard work, and for being good at finding purpose. Those are all VERY good traits, in my opinion, for a successful career. The sun being the core of who you are, plus Mars being drive/ambition, plus Mercury being communication and mental processes, all of these being expressed through Capricorn would mean that you'd think and act like a Capricorn in those areas. Your Mercury in Capricorn, to me, would probably make you seem very competent and capable when you talk to clients at work; they would probably trust you because you probably know a lot about what you are talking about and would come off as being stable and reliable when you speak to people. Mars in Capricorn (which I have too): my experience has been that this position really makes you want to excel at work and makes you express your energy, ambition, and drive in a way that's very practical and pragmatic. Mars in Capricorn is a good position for being hard-working and being attentive to duties and responsibilities, though on the dark side it can lead to being over-working (which you personally seem to have in balance/you yourself seem not to fall into that trap, given how much you've expressed about your love for your family--Capricorn is family-oriented as well as work-oriented and you seem to balance those sides very, very well).

(and PS I have Asperger's too, though personally, I don't consider myself autistic--on the spectrum, yes, but not autistic. Nice to meet a fellow Aspie!).

*I use the whole sign system*

Personal Planets:
Sun, Mercury: Libra
Venus: Scorpio
Moon: Cancer
Mars: Capricorn

Question.

Capricorn straddles both the 10th House and 11th House. Most of the 10th House is theoretically Sagittarius, although no planets reside in that zone.

So, do I call Sun in the 10th House and Mars & Mercury in the 11th House? Or do I call Sun, Mars and Mercury collectively as being Capricorn and therefore take the Sun's position in the 10th House?

Is my Sun a composite of both Capricorn and Sagittarius, or is it distinctly Capricorn? Then, is it still in the 10th House, or is it also sort of in the 11th House?

I must say that Sun in 11th House is definitely not me. I don't feel being part of groups and I don't derive my identify or self-fulfillment from friends. In fact, I have very few friends. I fly solo. I'm like Scrooge

I'm confused.
