i always overlook mine coz my moon is close so i assume whatever the moon has so does the mc which is true for my chart but i noticed there's a lot more going on. also i think i feel pluto the most in that i feel a self imposed presha to achieve. i say self imposed because being a cancer MC i was pretty much left alone and just checked up on if i was doing okay lol!here are mine. kinda long sorry.. Cancer Midheaven: Requires some continuity in career, as there is a dislike of change. Shrewd business sense is either present or aspired to, but money is not the principle motivation in career. Typical career routes include nursing and the 'caring' professions, social work, restaurant trade, historian, architecture, child care industry. Sun quintile MC You have an exceptional ability to manifest your goals and achieve your purposes. You find unique and creative ways to accomplish your goals. And your achievements fortify and develop your creative skills. Expect an exciting, fortunate and playful path to success. Moon conjunct MC You are expert at perceiving or anticipating the public mood. Your instinct for group psychological dynamics may place you in the role of leader or facilitator in group situations. You have deep insight into feelings and emotional needs. Recognition for you will be for your role as nurturer or nourisher. Mercury square Midheaven This square puts obstacles in the way of communication with the family, parents, landlord, and employer. It is especially difficult in professional matters, since good communication on the job is essential to success in any profession. The effect is stronger if the profession involves mental work or writing. Venus in Square, Quincunx, Opposition in Midheaven Charm and a captivating personality can take you up the ladder of success. Just make sure that what you project is sincere and your success will have a firmer foundation. You may at times be tempted to compromise your own needs so that you can win the favor of those in [TOP] positions. You'd rather take the cooperative route any day over a conflict of wills. This can be a real plus if you have to manage people. Depending on what the rest of your chart reveals, though, you may have to practice taking a firm stand on issues that represent important values to you personally. Consider a career that allows you to express your love of beauty and, if artistic talents are present, one that utilizes these gifts in some way. Some careers choices are in the fields of art or music or jobs such as decorator or salon service provider, to name a few options. Consider also positions where diplomacy skills can be put to use. You can make a living adding a touch of elegance, refinement and pleasure to other people's lives. Mars trine Midheaven This configuration strengthens the natives' ambitions and determination to rise to prominence in their careers. They are energetic and hard-working in their chosen fields. Thus by gaining the confidence of those in authority they win the means to provide a good domestic environment for themselves and their families. Neptune in Square, Quincunx, Opposition to Midheaven Without a firm sense of who you are and where you're headed, you may be subject to more than your share of downtime career-wise. You may find yourself a target for deceptive career schemes and false promises. Some of this can be avoided by getting into some serious career counseling and making whatever effort necessary to become knowledgeable in your chosen field. Your biggest challenge may be to avoid getting sidetracked by doubts about your choices. You don't have to compromise your search for your ideal life's work. You'll just have to make some focused efforts in order to achieve it. Consider some of the following career potentials: acting, any of the helping professions, working as a healer, undercover agent, psychologist, or in the arts (music, singing, dancing, painting), psychic channeling, anything connected to the sea, writing novels, or working in the field of chemistry and pharmaceuticals. Uranus Sesquiquadrate Midheaven You don't like taking directions from others. Actually, going your own way is instinctive, impulsive, and instantaneous. You go through several shocking changes of circumstances that look totally spontaneous but do present you with the opportunity to unleash your creative genius. You have a unique pattern of development in career. Pluto square Midheaven This square indicates a situation in which the desire to transform existing conditions can cause conflict with employers, immediate superiors, parents and families, constituted government authority, or landlords. When the natives are at odds with their employers it is probably because they feel they know a better way of doing the job or because they want more power in the decision-making provess. When their revolutionary tendencies are directed against the government and social institutions, they can incur official disfavor. If they are in positions of domestic or professional authority, they may display autocratic or dictatorial traits, which will usually cause disharmony. MC Sextile Chiron: Although it might be easy for you, you may not be challenged enough to deal with the power of your special skills to help you to achieve your destiny. You can also advance to the top through being diligent, going out on a quest and sending others on quests, taking a maverick approach to some important work, or acting in an advisory capacity. You need to be useful on own terms. Suitable work may include body work, chiropractic care, massage, herbs, astrology, or any of the ancient traditions which are making a come back under the banner of "New Age". IP: Logged |

I have Capricorn Venus sq MC, exact, from H6. That means I often fall in love with those I work with, and I'm not too keen on hiding it, either (Venus sq Pluto, possibly lol) I was once laid off because I failed to keep an affair under wraps.Libra Pluto opp MC from the 4th, almost exact, I easily reach positions where higher ups grant me inside info, but it also places an emotional burden/constraint on me (Capricorn Moon sq MC from the 6th, 1.5 deg). Sagittarius Neptune trine MC, 1 deg, from H5, I find it easy to garner support, there is always someone in my work, someone in a position of authority, who believes in me and loves the enthusiasm/creative ideas that I have to offer. I'm really lucky with this one since there are so many that those in control automatically dismiss because they're not inspired by them, sad but often true. Libra Saturn opp MC from the 3rd, 4 deg, sometimes keeping quiet is the best thing for my career, and sometimes it is the absolute worst. In Libra, so I always work to find a balance with this one. The fact that my Capricorn Moon (27)/Venus (25) are conj & sq to Libra Pluto (26) & also squared to Aries MC (25) means that almost everyone I work with has an intense reaction to me, and vice versa. That is likely another reason I easily attract relationships in that area. I can easily dominate the work atmosphere if I choose, and I feel burdened by other's intense reactions to me, so I often try to keep it under wraps and down play my feelings/reactions while there, unless I need to make a point. I'd rather be unnoticed, often, but it doesn't really happen (Pisces Sun in the 8th). The fact is I want things to change in whatever work I'm in, I hate stagnant areas, and I push for change to happen, it's not lip service, and that's where there can be a struggle (Cardinal MC/Saturn/Pluto/Moon/Venus t-square, Grand Cross if you add in Cancer NN). Oh, how I wish I had a better situated MC. It's at 22 Cap, squaring Sun, Jupiter and Mars. Eeek! I always seem to have "issues" at work. Someone almost always seems to dislike me on sight, then works at undermining me. Since Sun, Jupiter and Mars are all in my 12th, I'm oblivious until things get out of hand. Definitely have "problems" with authority. Just can't handle being dominated by anyone, let alone some pi$$ant middle-manager with control issues. However, it seems that others like me, and act as a buffer when those middle-manager types get on my case too much. I do have MC sextile Neptune (Nep. in the 7th, relationships), so maybe that helps save my Aries tuckus sometimes. IP: Logged |

Trines from the 2nd don't seem too bad. On the face of it, looks like a proactive person, or at least potentially lucky.IP: Logged |

It would be cool to have Venus sitting slightly on the 9th House (fame) side. According to the Gauquelin studies, a lot of famous people have a planet there.I don't have anything on my MC but kind of like it that way.....freeeee to be known as just meeeee IP: Logged |

And it's conjunct your MC? If so then Mr. Gauquelin has some serious explaining to do!IP: Logged |

H9 isn't fame. It is the applying power of a conjunction to MC that is stressed in the example you made. IP: Logged |

Hahaha... Really? I have Venus/MC/Sun conjunct (0'1'2' Virgo, respectively). My Venus is therefore on the 9H side, and thus far, I only have a moderate amount of fame- if you count fame as having been in so many plays in high school that I would get recognized by random people when I would come back home from college. Hahahaha... Actually, ironically, one of my high school theatre cohorts DID become famous (I'm not going to state what movies she's been in), but she still has only had a moderate amount of fame I suppose. Along with the Sun and Venus aspecting my MC, it is also part of my T-square (Jupiter/Uranus conjunction H1-Chiron H7 square it) and my Pluto/Saturn conjunction (H11 and H12) sextile it. I've got TONS of aspects to my MC. quote: I have Sun conjunct MC.. It makes me less prone to follow people in regards to business and also in life. I am a leader first and foremost..
^^^ I very much feel this way. I never understand why some people feel the need to idolize or emulate other people. I'm always like: "Why not carve your own path and make it more interesting than anyone else?" IP: Logged |
