Just means the way he expresses himself emotionally is in sync with what u like in a husbund/partner.
Essentially it's only a good aspect if the moon and juno are conjuncting (less than 4 degrees)

I once had juno exact conjunct sun with an ex. (my sun his juno) He was more into me than I was into him.

If there's a conjunction of closer than 5 degrees, you can count is as you'll feel sth.
It's not really that major of an aspect unless it's really tight (eg conjuncting less than 2 degrees) otherwise having it in the same sign doesn't mean too much.
