I've read that completing a grand trine in synastry is significant. What if someone already has a grand trine in natal and you form trines or other positive aspects to it? Does tapping into it do anything special for either of you?IP: Logged |

Johnny Cash and June Carter had this in their synastry: she completed his grand trine in water. I think the orb was wide but that's probably OK because it was her Sun, if I'm recalling correctly.I was seeing a guy who had an exact trine between his Venus and Mars. My Chiron completed the trine to the degree. Also, my Sun completed a grand trine with his Jupiter-trine-Chiron. Unfortunately, it didn't work out due to his stupid needy friends. Maybe the planet matters....since it was Chiron, it was just painful and we both felt really vulnerable. IP: Logged |

Thanks for the feedback and sorry to hear about that painful situation. I probably wasn't clear. What if they have a grand trine all on their own and you just aspect it, not complete it? IP: Logged |

Oops, my apologies - you were clear, actually.I should have mentioned that in that example, the person already has a natal grand trine, between his Venus, Mars, and Vesta. He is an artist, and it's apparent how this configuration works for him in his pursuit. This is probably why he is quite complete within himself. So even if someone's planet/asteroid joins this grand trine, he may feel the effect but wouldn't need it to feel whole. hth a bit! IP: Logged |
