edit: nvm...i misread it....i think the pluto person will annoy the sun person more...simply because the pluto person will know how to annoy the sun person and will purposely annoy the sun person

I once saw a sign that said "sin is death" but if "all deaths are suicide (linda goodman)" and suicide is sin, then shouldnt "death is sin" be more appropriate?

but in terms of attraction, I am just trying to understand since I have been studying this aspect for a while. pluto will want to manipulate sorta play hard to get and give benefits of doubt as a method to control sun or how does that work?

Pluto probably won't play hard to get, it's more a thing where they will manipulate and control the sun, and the sun will feel dominated alot. Depends on the orb though. It's not a good aspect at all, it's pretty difficult.

Alone the aspect isn't terribly strong, unless the orb is tight (0-1 degrees). The whole 'hate you, but I can't stay away' needs some more aspects in combo with this too.

how close is the orb? Moon conjunct mars (if it's close) gives emotional and physical attraction and bonding, but there's this tendency to have conflict. Moon gets sensitive and finds mars too aggressive, mars finds moon too touchy.

My parents have moon mars double whammy, and they have scary fights. They are just really touchy with each other. I don't think moon conjunct mars is a really positive aspect, better to have it as a trine or sextile.

Neither has the power, per se. Each has control with the Pluto person wanting to teach and the Sun trying to skulk away like a kid with their hand in the cookie jar.
