I haven't posted here for 2 years, so please welcome me back. I started doing the Spiral meditation again, but I've never been good at visualizing pictures of any kind, so I don't see a spiral in my mind. My question is this: Could I get the same results with my eyes open looking a physical image of a spiral I found online? A person named IQ mentioned something about a "hybrid" method 2 years ago, but he never explained this method to me. IQ are you still out there?
