I've been seeing some people on here who only apparently use whole signs. From what I understand its the oldest house system? Would you say its more accurate?
What house systems does everyone use? I always just used placidus because I guess its the default house system used today.

Also I find my chart to be A LOT more interesting now, and I relate to it more.

HAHA I just read those sources :3. A lot of my planets shifted from 11th house to 12th house. Which makes so much sense. Its like an "AH HA" moment Oh and pluto is in the 5th house which makes sense why I have this weird desire to have children lolol.....

i can use either and have used both before. not much changes for me cept pluto much clearly in the 1st.

the only thing i get confused with is when doing house rulers. i don't have an aqua or a leo house in placidus. in whole i do but my ic is in h3 and my mc is in h9, 29th degree.

^ I know Coffee uses Whole Signs. I prefer Placidus, though not much changes besides my Sun being in the 10th house instead of the 9th. Hmm...

Sand,

Leo is in the 10th house in your chart with the Placidian system. It is intercepted, but it`s just as valid.

thanks ceri!

see that's one more thing. i think interceptions are soo valid. i definitely feel mine. a switch to equal or whole because they don't have them might make you miss out on some important astro tid bits..

Whole Signs work very accurately with Vedic Interpretations but they have not been as accurate as Tropical Equal House Systems so far in my research. Another problem is that the effect of transit to cusps is lost in Whole Sign Systems.

I do astrology against the sports results using tropical astrology and they work absolutely perfectly. I look at 2 house rulers for this and find that the house rulers change in Placidus to make it not work, as it works perfectly in Whole Sign.

I don't aspect the house cusps as that's too much. Sorry to p.iss on your parade IQ, just offering the different take after much more real time research, I'm guessing.
