Like i hear a lot about this chart is heavily influenced by this and that, but how do you tell? For example, I know if your asc. is aries then yur chart ruler is mars, but it doesn't make yu mars dominant right? So how do I find out what planets or sign, whichever, I'm heavily influenced by?

There is Pullen Astrology option on astro.com,it is interesting.
You can find final dispositor,as well.
Or,you can begin with chart ruler and compare the work its has been doing-how connected it is to the rest of chart, number of aspects, nature of aspects.

You can generally tell by just looking at the chart - your problem reminds me of my attempts to cook They always say "add the salt" or "bake until done", yes, but how do you know, lol.

There is a more accurate method. Go to astro.com, select Pullen/Astrolog and from the drop down list - the sign/house dispositor graph (this to get a sense of which planets is or are stronger) and simple chart delineation for the exact percentages. I don't know what method is used in the second one. The first one uses dispositors (just like what you said, but further - Mars in Cancer for example is disposited by Moon in Virg, which is disposited by Mercury and so on).

Saturn and Pluto,as final dispositors.
Saturn is stronger.
Jupiter is also prominent.

so a dispositor is like the main ruler of things the one pulling all the strings?

wait so all in all what does all that mean? saturn/pluto/jup being dispositors etc...

Your Cap stellium is disposited by Saturn in Cap. I think it's the strongest element in your chart along with Pluto which disposits moon. So you could say that you are earth - water - air, more specifically Cap-Scorp-Libra.

Jupiter is another planet which is strong in your chart, since it's so elevated (conjunct the MC) and is "out there" for people (public, community) to see. To give a cliche, you could become known in your community for your ideas or your generosity (food comes to mind when speaking about Cancer, maybe some charity which gives food to people in need).

No problem. I learned how to "cook" a chart and you can too, because if I can, everyone can
To this day, I feel proud of myself when my astro thoughts match someone who's opinion I value (like Venus). There was so much information that I thought I will never master it and I guess the insecurity is still there.

for everyone born with pluto in scorpio...their chart dominators are pluto....just saving you some time...ultimately, pluto will be one of or your only final dispositor...by house and by sign.

I don't understand what this means. I need a key or a list of what each things means. I assume things that lead to the end arrows are "in charge"?

This is mine

I disagree.

I don't think Pluto has a major influence on everyone. It really depends on the chart.

Some people are far more Plutonian than others, even among those born with Pluto in Scorpio.

Just my opinion.

I would disagree too...but the rules of dispositors say that the the final dispositor is in the sign of his dignity...so pluto is always going to be one of the final dispositors in a chart, and if there are no planets in their house or sign, then he will be the only one...

this is marked by the rise in personality disorders...which pluto rules...
schizoid
autism
asbergers
etc....all these names and labels for plutonian personality types which have no place in society...i.e...pluto is no longer a planet.....hence this song...for my generation...and the fact that babybloomers are subconciously supressing us...this song isn't the only song argeuing to bring black pluto...there are 1,000's if one pays attention to the subconcious symbolisms...

I see. That's right.
But even then, in some charts personal planets will be desposited by Pluto, whereas in other charts Pluto will only remain a final despositor by itself, not a despositor of any personal planets. So naturally charts that have personal planets desposited by Pluto will be more Plutonian than those whose planets are not desposited by Pluto.
Either way Pluto will indeed be one of the final despositors, if not the only one. That's true.

ooo so i'd say my most dominant dispositor is saturn because its in cap and like they said it was ruling my stellium there and pluto is mostly affecting my moon. hm this dispositor stuff takes a lot of thinking @_@
