Are there any websites where you can find out the aspects between the North and the South node in Synastry? I use Astro.com, but It only uses True Node and Mean Node.

The True and Mean Nodes ARE representations of the North Node of the Moon. There are not something different. For looking at aspects of the Nodes in synastry you can google specific aspects, for instance, say one person's Venus conjuncts the other person's North Node. If you google "Venus conjunct North Node in synastry" you will get a list of relevant resources. Cafeastrology has quite a bit of info. SkyViewZone as well. Lots of others.
