Heh heh...I so couldn't help posting this!  And I can't help but have this guy pop up in my head when I hear the word eccentric half the time... but I will give a serious opinion in a few.

What about Wayne Coyne? The lead singer of the Flaming Lips. He doesn't have a birth chart on Astro.com so I made one and he has a grand trine in water between Neptune, Venus, and Mars.  A kite formation as well, with Pluto and the NN conjunct at its tip. IP: Logged |

Well that explains why I like her so much! Very scorpian and neptunian... Both of which I am heavily drawn to in an artistic sense. All you have to do is look at a few pictures of her, and you can see it's written all over her.   
Most everyone I know seem to be creeped out by her. I don't find her creepy at all. I see her raw self coming through, and it IS bizzare and heavy, but it's just so... cool. I want to merge with that sort of thing.

I wouldn't be surprised if you aren't out of the closet already, you just don't know it On of my best friends is an aquarius sun, ascendent, and mercury (all conjunct). Then with uranus in the 11th house involved in a 4 planet stellium in the 11th. She sees herself as mostly normal... HA! She is one of the strangest most unique people I have ever met. It's why I love her so much <3.
