In a few weeks I will be coming out of a two year Uranus opposite venus transit. during that time, I have experienced short lived dating experiences, unreliable men, things that start out with a bang only to crash and burn quickly. Needless to say I am happy that this transit is coming to an end. From your experiences, what can I expect when this transit is over? will others just sense a more permanent, stable energy from me? During this transit, did others see me as flakey, unreliable and transient, did I give off that vibe therefor attracted the same type of experiences and people? New to astrology, i am still trying to understand how the energy of transits work!!IP: Logged |

Never had this transit but it sounds like you're in for at least one experience that will clash with the way you socialize/relate. It may be in the form of a person - I.e. someone the opposite of what you value/normally look for, who sees things from opposite your POV. Maybe you might experiment with or at least entertain thoughts of another sexual orientation. It will be uncomfortable because it'll be an opportunity for growth, to discover a side of yourself you normally don't get in touch with. thanks, capri...actually I am almost done with this transit so yes i have experienced much of what you wrote (minus thoughts of another sexual orientation!). I was wondering what I can expect when its over in terms of how others will see me. In other words, did this transit contribute to an energy I put out there of unreliability, instability etc? and will others see me in a more stable light now that this transit is drawing to the end?

If the effect of this transit manifested on the external level as "flakeyness," then you probably will be labeled as such. We're judged by our actions, 'tis life. But as you stabilize and time passes without the flakeyness you might have shown throughout the transit, they'll probably figure you changed/matured.(I'm actually having Uranus thru my 7th right now and apparently the need for space is seen as "immature.". Once this, transit passes and I end up settling down, I can see them going all, "Oh look she's finally come to her senses and grew up!") IP: Logged |

Interesting topic! I'd also like to learn more about this. Would it be a good idea to start a relationship with someone, while he/she is currently going through this transit - tUranus conjunct or oppose their natal Venus? Would their love and affection be reliable for the other person at all?

Prolly won't last but nothing is forever. If u decide not to and you have karmic issues with this person then your paths will cross again.

Hm... I just found out that I had tUranus opposing my Venus when I left a relationship that had lasted 9.5 years .... (I didn't care about atsrology so very much at that time.) I didn't have a "new love" then, no one else stepped in (at least not immediately). It was just that I didn't feel satisfied with my old relationship anymore.IP: Logged |
