I guess when we speak of fidelity Venus is more emotional fidelity and Mars is physical fidelity?

What else should we take into consideration when determining relationship fidelity?

Well I would look at the person's aspects, asc, houses etc.

A fixed moon does not guarantee fidelity, if you have two mutable venus and mars, you should be wary.

mutability doesn't guarantee infidelity, either. I know fixed suns and moons who have cheated - fixed venus, too.
