Who here has planets conjunct the Midheaven? And how do you feel it affects your career, reputation, public image, etc.?I have both the Moon and Pluto conjunct my Midheaven in Scorpio. My Scorpio Moon is actually in exact conjunction, 0 degrees. Kind of crazy. I'm an aspiring performer (singer, dancer, actor) and I think that having the Moon so tightly on my Midheaven might benefit me. My creative work is really my comfort zone and the one place I feel safe (Moon). Plus, I have a reputation for caring for others, but in the intensely perceptive and healing Scorpio fashion. My Pluto on the Midheaven makes me very provocative, I think. My art does tend to be on the edge and possesses a dark flavor. And I am seen in Plutonian ways, as well: extreme, intense, sexual, magnetic, etc. I do want to achieve fame as a performer and I do think I'll get a reputation as a provocateur or a taboo breaker. That's just my style. Also the thing about those positions: a. I notice that people I meet, even those who walk past me on the street, are either very drawn to me or seem scared of me in some way. b. People also open up to me very quickly, even casual friends. IP: Logged |

Moon on Mc is emotionally satisfied via person/wide masses interaction. It is potentially hard position since your emo scope depends on others. Need to be role model. Many artists with this position are popular because they can sense what would be pleasing on grand scale, they have knack for setting trends. Pluto on Mc is entirely different story. Mc Plutonians are individualistic, and impacting whole generations- they thrive on particular, historic situations, when is bad, they can be good, for example this times now, economical crisis, and Pluto on Mc would make it despite of it; so they need challenging timing, and by answering to it,they become voice and shaper of entire generations.IP: Logged |

All of that sounds pretty spot-on. I've read Moon-Midheaven conjunction people can make the public feel as is they 'belong' to them. As an artist, I think that'd really help and, with the conjunction in Scorpio, I do have an intense relationship with my audience. I also like the idea of having a lot of influence and being the catalyst for major changes in society. I'm that way just in my immediate circles. IP: Logged |

Hi,I've sun moon merc venus jupiter on midheaven in scorpio. The impact on me, i only continue my day job (which pays well) to allow me space what i want to do on a 'grand scale'. Oh and i obsess about it. Sometimes i don't want to focus on one thing, career wise, i want to do it all, in a world wide scale. I know it's crazy, but i genuinely believe it's doable. Probably it's Jupiter in 10th house. Anybody having this position? IP: Logged |

I have Jupiter Trine Midheaven, Pluto Square Midheaven and Saturn Sextile Midheaven. My Sun, Mars and Mercury are in House 10 in Capricorn. All these aspects have blessed me with a strong determination and drive towards career success. This gives me a reputation of being serious, focused, diligent, conscientious and results driven, which aids my relationship with my bosses. However, Pluto Square Midheaven gives me problems with accepting authority easily and causes me to doubt substandard leadership. IP: Logged |

Love this topic. I have Pluto conj the MC. I seem like I must open up primal feelings and taboos. Pluto is my chart ruler. I have a Gemini 8th house stellium which allows me to do this with humor and levity, as it is a hard subject with great pathos. I guess God knows what He is doing with the charts because I am called upon to deal with the hardest topics, but it always seems like it works out alright.------------------ Passion, Lust, Desire. I have Uranus and Saturn in Sagittarius conjunct my Sagittarius Midheaven. Wow talk about a lot of Sag energy as far as my career and future goes. And two very different planets dancing around it. As far as my future and life path direction goes, I'm the eternal researcher and student. I'm always researching and discovering and traveling and in constant search of some undiscovered truth or level of understanding. Many things have meaning to me and it's important for me to live a life that allows me to travel, discover, learn, connect with others, make a difference and educate and be educated. Uranus rules my chart which just adds a vagabound/drifter quality to my life path and search for discovery. I'm always searching for what's just over the horizon. Since my chart is dominant Air and Fire, these placements work harmoniously with in my personality and I've always had an idea of what I wanted to do with my life. I've never been afraid to walk away from a stable or secure lifestyle, we need a little bit of adventure to add spice to our existence. Sometimes within my life the instablity becomes too much however it's all about balance. IP: Logged |

I've got Sun and Venus conjunct my MC in Virgo and it is both a blessing and a burden. I think with the Sun conjunct my MC, it just shows that I am infinitely aware of who I am and where I'm going in life. I've always had a strong direction when it came to my career and what I was about. With Venus conjunct my MC I am interested in the healing/helping professions, and that is what I do for a living. Hard work, little pay, but it is the only thing I really have a passion for (though for awhile I was considering going in to a creative profession like acting or writing, which would also be consistent with Venus on the MC). However, the burden part is that the Sun conjunct MC gets me NOTICED wherever I go or with whatever I do. I'm not a wallflower per say, but I just don't prefer to be put in the role of leader (even though I am good at what I do). I'd rather everyone take responsibility for themselves thank you. Unfortunately, it also means that I am scrutinized at work, and things can't be just 'in the middle.' They are either very good or very bad. IP: Logged |

I have venus conjunct the midheaven. My outer persona is really different to my private persona, I am grumpy at home whilst diplomatic in public. Venus in 10th is supposed to like working but it depends on the environment you are in, some places are great, one environment I had to leave. I also have 4 other planets trine/sextile the midheaven which helps focus my energies which really need focusing. IP: Logged |

You know, I don't like ONLY illustrious/impressive men, but I do seem to attract them into my life more often than most people. Honestly though, the ones I have known have been impressive through their career and some of their experiences, but often then tend to be very self-centered, which turns me off immediately. EDIT: Maybe the self-centered part is because I also have Sun conjunct Venus and MC. IP: Logged |

My venus hasn't gone for impressive men in all senses but it has gone for genius men, the men have all got some genius in them eg mercury uranus aspect, sun trine uranus or uranus strong probably cause my venus is in aquarius and uranus in 5th is attracted to strangemen/geniuses too. Don't think I can cope with another genius/crazy guy, a calm regular one who is reliable is my next man.

"Do things to make me and your father proud of you."This is what I heard growing up. I have Sun conj MC. I've also got a Neptune opposition to this conjunction...fun. I used to feel "watched" all the time - until I stopped caring what people thought. Sometimes I find it hard to hide after I've done something evil. Back in my young desirous days I would post random-anonymous-naughty-nothings on a website. Somehow, my intended found it, read it and KNEW it was from me. IP: Logged |
