Topic: Infidelity ... Venus square Jupiter in a natal chart

Just a real life experience ... and at least it seems to be true for the guys ... if, in their natal chart, Venus is squaring Jupiter, they find it very(!) hard not to give other women "the eye" ... or even cheat on their partners.From my experience this is not first and foremost about "sex" - they just need romance, flattery, emotional "sensation" etc. in their life! One man with Venus-squ-Jup just told me´, a few days ago:: "I cannot help it. You know that song: ,Love is a drug.'" This guy (and the others I know who have that aspect), they are not really the cold-hearted cheating type ... they need to have some "romantic" feelings for the affair, they must be "in love" in a way with the other/outside woman. They are emotionally involved quickly ... and insatiable in a way (more emotionally than physically, I guess). Just like: addicts, haha. So this seems to be a pretty "dangerous" aspect, if we speak about a potential marriage partner, I guess. Again: This is only about guys with this aspect. I haven't seen that behaviour with women who have that aspect. What's your experience with this aspect? In natal - or solar chart? ***edit: PS:
They are sweet, charming, playful - really versatile and creative in love! They just cannot curb their ... romantic urges. And what I've also noticed: They tend to form marriages/serious relationships with rather not-so-outgoing women. They tend to seek a very stable/motherly/humble type of partner, they marry someone "down to earth" - IF they bond at all. (And they stray on their own, once in a while....)

a guy i am seeing has this in his chart. and, true to form, he is not monogamous, has a few girlfriends, but is almost goofily sentimental about them- claims to love them, can't let them go, and from what i have learned of him this is very true. they live in different cities and he spends a few months here, a few months there. he is very romantic and not a one-night stand type at all, strangely enough. he is loyal to them as much as he can be-doesn't have "casual" relationships, even has had an off - on again thing with his first girlfriend for something like 15 years! very strange. says alot. I know a guy with this aspect ( venus in cancer square jupiter in libra ) and he is nothing like your two said , also he has venus trine saturn , maybe that could explain itIP: Logged |

Venus in hard aspect to Jupiter can indeed lead to infidelity. Yep. But Saturn can sometimes counteract that.IP: Logged |

He's not engaged and HE knows that. You are engaged when the wedding preparations are in making. As long there is no date set he is free to do whatever he wants. The ring was a shut up ring. He is now in the control of that relationship. He can call it off ANYTIME.

My friend has a Libra Jupiter and Aries Venus. Cheats ALL the time on his wife and goes to prostitutes ALL the time. And now I just asked myself "why is he my friend??"...IP: Logged |
