Pluto has to do with power. So, manipulation can be one way that they achieve overpowering the other person. Because Pluto is so slow you need to use a tight orb. A wider one isn't as strong and you may be able to overcome whatever it throws in your way or the Pluto person may be less inclined to impose themselves on you. But because your aspect is a sextile, I wouldn't worry much about it. It's probably easier for you to talk to each other about things that would normally bother other people. I think this is generally an acceptance aspect, which is what Pluto is looking for. Just remember the basics about planets, as well as the aspects. A sextile is good and you definitely want that when planets like Pluto are concerned.
