A composite chart with a 12th house sun. And in a synastry chart both partners suns falls eachothers 12th house. What do you think this means. Does this mean other people don't really see the relationship? We are both close and value privacy and would rather be at home close together then going out. We pick up on eachothers feelings pretty easy. (Been together for about ten years now) IP: Logged |

despite me not liking the 12th house much, the 12th also rules romanceto me, personally, i would not like my sun in my partners 12th house, nor his in mine...my sister and i have a really bad 12th house aspect ------------------ I once saw a sign that said "sin is death" but if "all deaths are suicide (linda goodman)" and suicide is sin, then shouldnt "death is sin" be more appropriate? when organic is used to describe food then you know we have come to a dark age in history IP: Logged |

here's from the astro introactive. Sun in the Twelfth House 12th hs Composite Sun in the twelfth house is a significant position, but it presents challenges that many people find difficult to deal with. It indicates that through this relationship both of you will encounter aspects of your inner selves that you would normally keep hidden from yourselves as well as from others. The most difficult result of this Sun placement is that it may make the relationship self-defeating for both of you, particularly if you are not completely honest with each other. Unless you disclose all secrets, they will cause one or both of you to behave in a way that will undermine not only the relationship but your own self-esteem as well. In any personal relationship, this placement demands that you thoroughly search your innermost selves to understand how previously hidden psychological traits are operating within the relationship. This encounter will make each of you grow as individuals, and the growth it can bring about is more important than your survival as a couple. IP: Logged |

NickiG, I don't like someones Mars in my 12th but I haven't really had bad feelings with suns or moons there.Lioness, that's interesting. We both have been completely honest with eachother about everything. Maybe that's why we have lasted so long. athenegoddess, maybe for other people. I remember a good few years back. A family member made a comment to me about my husband, "he really loves you" I thought this was weird cause were married. Wouldn't it be a given that two people love eachother if they decided to get married. amelia28, that's interesting. My husband and I seem to know what the other is feeling and thinking with no words. I just find it interesting that our composite chart and synastry chart have all the suns in the 12th. Its weird being away from him. I know it sounds corny, but I really feel like a piece of me is missing. (I am writing this cause I am out of town and haven't been away from him in a very long time)

It probably feels like being back in the womb, at one with the universe....so what athenegoddess said about the relationship not being really "real" is a part of the picture. It's like being in a bubble, shielded from the cold harshness.IP: Logged |
