I've always wanted to start my own business and am currently doing market research to prepare to do exactly that this year. However, I've been told by numerous people that I don't have a head for a business. I'm a Aries Sun, Gemini Moon, Capricorn Mars, Taurus Venus, Pisces Mercury. What do you guys think? What signs and aspects do you think make a good or bad entrepreneur? IP: Logged |

Aries for taking risks. Capricorn for planning and being practical. Make a business plan and do it. . IP: Logged |

Gemini is best. The calculating and highly analytical signs of the zodiac, Geminis are interested in a variety of things and are good at all of them. Not only are they interested in psychology, fashion, and what makes peopl tick, but they have both the personality and the business sense to make any project work.Capricorn second best. They can handle any amount of work you put on them. They are driven to do their best. They are experts at making money, and putting their talents to use. They are also not afraid of success. Libra, great potential but too disorganized. Great in fashion and music, though. Cancer - okay, but i think cancer does better in teaching others the psychology behind entrepeneuring. Aries - takes TOO many risks. And doesnt know how to treat people or handle customers as well as other signs. Leo too fixed in their views but very creative. They could really use someone to take their unique ideas and run with them. Pisces-amazing, Steve Jobs, obviously. Not only do they have out of this world ideas but they are very social and people oriented, though they may be oretty shy. Count on them for ingenuity, though. IP: Logged |

But,they are rarely master of art/craft. Their numerous interest prevents them from going into depth,no time!

I don't think Gemini has the dedication to make it. A good entrepreneur is about being a risk taker, being able to assess the situation successfully, patience, hard work and determination.I'd say Earth signs with aries placements. IP: Logged |

Wow, this is pretty cool to read. So I'm co-founding with a Capricorn Sun, Libra Moon, Aries Mars, Saggitarius Venus, and Capricorn Pisces... so I'm hoping her aspects will balance out my Aries recklessness? or at least pull me in before I jump without thinking haha

Donald Trump made lots of mistakes early on, lucky for him he was able to stick it throught and correct his mistakes and bounce back. Gemini whould have a natural interest in buisness, but not always entrepreneur material. They might study buisness but not become entrepreneur. Bisness experience early in there lives whould be the overriding factor thought. For example there parents may be banker or a trader. quote: Originally posted by RunAroundScreaming: .... Depends on how you rate ingenuity if anything he should be known more for being a marketing and branding genuis. Although he has done alot of damage to lots of people. I mean with the eReader we are going to see less printed books published and at the same time its tought to make a profit with eReaders. So publishers are suffering either ways and that has an effect on literacy. The average person doesn't see that fact. Back to the thread. If anything isn't every sign capable of being a entreprenuer, just depends on the situation and if there traits meet the demand. I mean whouldn't a typical virgo be a great financial advisor right know because they are generally frgual and could offer assistance during this tought economic period. --------------------------------------- Capircorn Rising Gemini Sun, 5th House Aries Moon Mercury in Gemini Venus In Taurus Mars Cancer IP: Logged |

I have a lot of gemini and there is NO way I would EVER be an entrepenur. Or even own my own business. No way what so ever! I'd rather chew sawdust for a year. The idea of it is completely repulsive to me.------------------ It's All Elemental ----- My Chart if relevant IP: Logged |

aries influence. whether its a sun in the first house, sun conjunct mars or even an aries moon, sun, rising. cardinal signs in general, and i do think that pluto, scorpio could be very good leaders, entrepreneurs. in independent signs like aquarius, uranus too, and sag i can see them wanting to work independently as well if other parts of the chart show it too. like uranus conjunct the midheaven or pluto conjunct the midheaven. i plan on starting my own business and my suns in libra conjunct mars/merc and the apex (i think its called?) of my 7 planet t-square. my dad, ever since i can remember, has own his own businesses. when one was done he started another. his moon is in aries, sun in the first house conjunct his mars in the first house as well and his pluto is also conjunct the ascendent. my uncle, same situation, came to america and started his own business 20 years ago doing graphic designing and is now a large success. hes a taurus with an aries moon and his sun and mars are in the first house. my other uncle, haha, owns a tattoo shop and hes a scorp/sag cusp with an aries moon. my step dad is a cap sun with a cancer rising and hes pretty much worked his way to the top were he doesnt necessarily own his business but he works next to the big bosses and is in charge next to them, making big decisions for corporations and stuff. i think its a combo of the driving force influence of sign/planet and the ability/confidence to be able to work it through. ok, this thread made me feel a bit less weary about my new business. i've always been advised (non-astrologically) never to do such an outrageous thing as running my own business with my personality. i have lots of planets in fire, mostly in Sagi. but my 2nd house, 6th house and 10th house are ruled by earth signs, and 8th by Cancer. and an Aries moon. maybe i won't be a disaster. i also have my chart ruler Jupiter in Cancer (in 7th). i heard this is a lucky placement in general. I'm a Capricorn Sun, Mars and Mercury in the 10th House I'm a Aries Jupiter in the 2nd House I have Cancer North Node in the 5th House and I am a Pisces Ascendant. I have a Gemini Moon in the 3rd House. I have an Aquarius Saturn and Venus in the 12th House. I have a Virgo Pluto and Uranus in the 7th House, and a Scorpio Neptune in the 8th House.I'm in the corporate finance loan business, making large loans to corporates and funding projects. I think I would make a miserable entrepreneur despite my aspects. This is because I'm far too analytical and risk averse. I didn't say risk minimizing, but I have an aversion to anything more than moderate calculated risks. Any entrepreneur has the pioneering spirit to risk everything. I don't. I risk only capital that I am willing and able to lose. Working hard doesn't mean that much in entrepreneurship. Its a given that all entrepreneurs have to break their backs and be willing to forgo a large paycheck while they recover their equity investment. I don't think I can live with a small paycheck lol IP: Logged |
