Does a stellium have to be marked by a conjunction of all planets in one house?IP: Logged |

I think pretty rare as is not common to find someone with three planets on the same sign but is specially not common for all the three planets to conjunct each other. But perhaps is more common than I think. IP: Logged |

A stellium is 3 or more planets, and they don't have to be in one house or sign. stelliums are pretty common.I have a wide Mars, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune stellium (in Sag/Cap, 6th/7th houses) IP: Logged |

That is the thing though if the stellium is at an orb of 3 or less only involving planets and no asteroids I dont feel is all that common but if the orb can be up to 12 degrees then yes common although still not super common but I haven't seen a bunch of charts sooo. IP: Logged |

i have 2 stelliums by sign and 2 by house...so i didnt think it was rare or not------------------ I once saw a sign that said "sin is death" but if "all deaths are suicide (linda goodman)" and suicide is sin, then shouldnt "death is sin" be more appropriate? when organic is used to describe food then you know we have come to a dark age in history IP: Logged |

My vertex conjuncts your sun exact and moon by 2 orbs and your mars conjuncts my venus and mars. Best friend from childhood has sun in leo at 25 degrees and moon in leo at 16 degrees and venus in leo But at 4 degrees so no stellium, just conjunct between moon and sun. My vertex conjuncts his moon exact and his sun conjuncts my venus and mars. My eros conjuncts his venus by three degrees. Love tripples Leos. He is not stuck up at all, really humble but has virgo rising so perhaps that is why but I love his energy that is one person I know without any doubt that I will be friends with him till I die and I have known him since I was born as he is a year older than me and was my next door neighbor . Never been more than friends and would Never be more than friends, our relationship is perfect just the way it is: pure friendship. IP: Logged |

i guess it all depends on generation. i have 2 stelliums in my chart, one in libra and the other in capricorn. but im sure a lot of people born during my generation would have that stellium since its generational planets plus if they have any capricorn planets that would add to the stellium.i think its easier to have a stellium when people are born under a sun sign that falls into generational planet signs at that time because the chance of mercury being close by sign next to the sun is fairly common so just those 2 conjuncting a generational planet would make a stellium. so i would consider it common. but i guess it would just be people born around the same time period so there would also be large gaps of people who wouldnt have a stellium too. I think maybe my stellium is a little uncommon, since its all personal planets, and not generational planets. IP: Logged |

Out of 11 saved charts...(1° orb) Jupiter-Venus-NN (2° orb) Neptune-Moon-Uranus (3° orb) Mars-Ascendant-Venus I dunno, I like to keep my orbs tight, so like, there'd be two more on that list, but I think 8°+ is too much. C: I think stelliums of more than three planets are rare. IP: Logged |

That is a good point... I find it rare bc of that and how tight the stellium is .

yeah i think it's pretty rare. i didn't realize it had to be only personal planets though?i have a stellium of sun, merc and mars. merc and mars are 0'02 degs apart and they are a little less than four degs from my sun so i count it, and yeah that's obv more rare since the odds of those three conjuncting are fairly slim. I don't think stelliums are common, but I also do not think that they are rare. Somewhere in between. If you count my saturn uranus neptune as well then I have 2 stelliums. In both it is a string of conjunctions. ------------------ It's All Elemental ----- My Chart if relevant IP: Logged |

Vanessa Wow........I think you should be telling us how this stellium is for you? Do you like have the best intuition ever or are you super paranoid? Do you see through everyone?? Tell us how is this stellium for you? Are you super resilient or your heart gets broken really easy or both gets broken easily but you bounce back quickly?? Or you addicted to sex or just really intense in bed when you find the right partner and give yourself body and soul? Or are you into watching murder investigations or obsessed with mystery or the occult???

I think my Mars In Capricorn (conjuct south node, in my 12th house) has become THE source of obsession for me. Other than that i have my scorpio stellium (all in 10th house) under control.I could tell people's emotion (sometimes what they were thinking, validated afterwards), i control my expression, i'm not mean to anyone but once i leave i don't look back, etc. But the mars in Capricorn in 12th house IS the source of my headache. I feel like i chanel all of my intense scorpio energy in Mars direction.

Wow all that scorpio in the 10th and to top it off mars exalted in cap! your career must be your obsession but you say that mars in cap landing in the 12th is your obsession. How is it landing in the 12th your obsession? How is that manifested?? Are you at the top of your field already? do you want to be? are you super work alcoholic perfectionist? Are you the boss? LOL You have a interesting chart .

Amelia,Yes, career prety much tops my important things in life but i'm not obsessed with it as i know i will get there sooner or later (i'm still below 30 years old so i can't say whether i'm hugely sucesful or not but i have an awesome job so no complain). The reason i'm obsessed with my Mars is that..THIS INTENSITY of things i want to do/achieve in life sometimes is not backed by energy for movements. Until recently i involved in long time struggle to get an understanding of the very essence of action - reaction - how movement achieve result, you know, spiritually. So in a way, i can't move once i'm 100% sure that i will get what i want. Hopefully that will change soon. Mars in 12th house is painful let me tell you.

can two planets on an angle be considered a stellium? i consider mine in sag to be cuz my AC is the midpoint of my neptune and venus, but they are 5 degs away each. still since it's a mp and on my AC i figure it carries more weight. does anyone know?IP: Logged |

Vanessa, mars in the 12th?? like wow........I think I am getting where you are going...... You have all the 10th house power but mars in cap in the 12th hinders movement towards reaching your goals or the expression of the 10th house planets so even though mars is exalted bc is in cap, you are presented with a challenge which you are working on and in the process of overcoming, the mars in the 12th house challenge. I could be getting this wrong. with your chart I would think FBI or CIA would be your ideal career seriously! or a position of power or even psychologist or doctor. IP: Logged |
