1. What attracts them in a woman?2. Do they generally like fire sun-sign women? (pssssst I'm most curious about Aries! doh!) 3. If you are a Leo Moon man yourself - how long was your longest relationship and what was her Sun Sign? Also, did she have ANY personal planets in Aries at all? IP: Logged |

i started a thread on them last winter.. around feb when i had a brief crush on one. i'll see if i can find it.i remember people saying they're very self absorbed. he seemed to like my confidence/fire (sag stuff), but yeah in the end he was way too self absorbed for me (wanted a lot of fawning and admiration to a pretty strange degree.. in that i felt i was being drained and it was all about him, always) though i'm sure there are others who are amazing. he was very bright and exciting and loud and filled up a space with joyful energy and with just a smidge of tweaking would have been pretty ideal IP: Logged |

I notice Leo moon men tend to get married fairly early. I dont know if that means much but just an observation. IP: Logged |

I LOVE Leo moon men! I prefer Leo in any planet except the Sun really (unless their Moon/Mercury is complementary). However, I find I get along really well with Leo moon men.My first love was a Capricorn w/Leo moon and Venus in Sag. He was so easy for me to read and very tolerant lol. I gave him a LOT of sass. I must've used it all on him 'cause I don't have it anymore! He was a pretty goofy guy. Not intentionally which made it all the more adorable. Something I find interesting about the Leo genre in general is they all LOVE and ADORE the women in their lives. The one's I've met anyway as I'm sure there's exceptions to every theory. They're esp. good older brothers for younger sisters. In any case I think what attracts Leo moons is confidence and an air of snobbery LOL. Not true snobbery as I think they're much too warm hearted and generous for that, but knowing you have the upper-hand kind of thing. Perhaps that's confidence? I don't know. They seem to secretly like it when you can outsmart them in little battles of wits, too. I'm a Gem Asc, Aries sun, Moon in Taurus, Mercury in Aries, Venus in Aries, Mars in Gemini. IP: Logged |

To add to Platero's above statement I think Leo moon men are more willing or naturally more vulnerable than Leo suns, which I LOVE. As long as it's not him jumping into my arms when something goes bump in the night.IP: Logged |

They love affectionate, approving women. And in Venus vs Moon breakdown,Moon takes the victory.(what's really important factor in 'women choosing')Yes,they love fire sign women, they need the women with X factor,or at least demonstrative enough to pass as such. IP: Logged |

The one I know almost did, but it didn't work out for him. ------------------ 12.5% of the planets have 71% of the mass. #OccupyJupiter. (I'd totally post the pic in my siggy if I could) IP: Logged |

Yes the Leo moon guy I know is like this quote: Originally posted by hannaramaa: In any case I think what attracts Leo moons is confidence and an air of snobbery LOL. I don't know about the confidence thing. The snobbery thing I can do (with my cap stellium), but not the confidence. He did say he thought I was interesting though. His moon trines my moon in Sag (unaspected fire singleton) and is quincunx to my Saturn cj Venus (cap). I have 5 cappy planets and 3 water planets and asc, merc in aqua and moon in sag. It didn't work because Leo stellium (venus, moon, saturn) in synastry with Cap stellium (ura, nep, mar, sat&ven) = fail. ------------------ 12.5% of the planets have 71% of the mass. #OccupyJupiter. My dad is a Pisces with a Leo Moon and he got married in his mid-twenties. That was because he knocked my mom up twice and wanted his children to be "legitimate." That marriage was over before it began. My step-mom is an Aries with Gem Moon and ASC. (And is nuts, but so is he. Two peas in a pod.) Her Venus is Rx in Aries and trine his Moon. They'll have been married for 15 years this June. IP: Logged |

LOL, so true! I have dated Leo Sun men who like the same: confidence and a smart strong woman. Mine basically fell in love with me when one night he said something wrong and I kicked him out! LOL Your sharing of your experience above reminded me just that incident. I just noticed that Tom Cruise is a Leo Moon Cancer Sun. He definitely is over the top the way both Leo's and Cancer's can be! LOL I love his fire very much. And I think his feeling has depth, which is why he is an amazing actor. I hate the bad rap about his person but that goes with being on the top of the A list. IP: Logged |

My former roommate and one of my best friends from college has a Leo Moon. In fact, he's heavily Leo (Sun, Moon, Mercury, and Mars). He was born six days before me.The Leo qualities are all intensified in his personality: the drama, the ego, the need for attention. He could really go overboard sometimes with it. He could also be extremely vain. I spend plenty of time in front of the mirror, but he could beat me by a longshot. He worked out all the time, mainly for the sake of his looks. He could be arrogant, yeah, but it was so transparent that all of that was a cover for his insecurities. A blind person could see it. However, he did know when to dial it back some if necessary. He could be a ton of fun, when in a positive mood. He was mostly easygoing and didn't make a fuss over much at all. Funny enough, despite all his Leo placements, he was never really the domineering type. I can be bossy (especially in my less evolved days, I could be a tyrant) but he'd never steal the leadership role or anything. From all my time spent with him, I would say his Ascendant is Cancer. I think that arrogance attributed to Leos is ignorance in disguise, not insecurities.IP: Logged |

i am with a Leo Moon man right now. he wants me to admire him and say nice things about/to him 24/7. he just thrives thrives thrives on attention and affection. when he doesn't get attention he will pout like a child - it's hilarious, actual pouting from a grown (47 year old) man. the arrogance he has is definitely a cover for insecurity - the times i've stepped on his ego i have noted the deep rooted insecurities. he is very romantic - loves to give me gifts and treat me like a gentleman (open doors, pay for everything, never lets me drive, picks me up at the door, takes good care of me, etc). he is also quite funny and likes when i play practical jokes on him - he has a great sense of humor. he dresses amazingly well - like a GQ model, and takes very good care of himself in terms of personal hygiene and cleanliness. i'm an earth moon (cappy) which is typically a bad match for a leo moon, but we have a ton of other great synastry which works in our favor, so anything can work if you work at it. he definitely likes to see himself as a 'king' and me as the follower who is admiring him and covering him with affection. tiresome at times, but he's a really generous and good-hearted man.IP: Logged |

Some things about a Gemini with Leo Moon: - Is a huge flirt & enjoys treating all the gals in his life with dinners, shows, etc. - Dates "foxy" girls (as described by another).... I guess that could be synonymous to "feline" (Leo, rawrr)? They dress well. His Venus is in Taurus though so he also seemed to like down-to-earth types. - Gives compliments readily, to anyone, but doesn't seem to look for any towards himself. - Tries his hand at a lot of things, is not particularly good at any one of them, but enjoys them nonetheless and doesn't quit. - Is a stockbroker...so the flamboyant Moon sign probably didn't determine his career - Opportunistic. He'd get with someone to enhance his social standing/career prospects. Not sure what his House layout is. He seems to be a case of a Gemini projecting his Leo Moon to others. EDIT: Leo Moon with Sun in Cancer: Struck me as needing to be the center of attention. I was trying to get it on with his friend and he kept laughing loudly and expressing his Venus in Gemini gab. I guess that one is more in touch with his feminine (Moon) side. IP: Logged |

In defense of Leos, I don't think it's insecurities or ignorance...It's "pride" which is both good and bad like everything else. They want to be the best, they want to be respected and the center of attention, because they think they are worth it, and have something to offer. If pride leads to trying to be the best you can be and hold your head high, it's not so bad. IP: Logged |

Am I wrong in thinking Leo Moon guys tend toward stability? Just to pull a couple of names off a list, Paul McCartney, Liam Neeson, Jacques Cousteau, Harrison Ford, Tom Hanks, David Bowie all eventually have or had long marriages/relationships. I know a group of celebrities isn't the best sample, but on the other hand, if a marriage can make it in showbusiness...IP: Logged |

just my 2 cents... perhaps this is where you now need to look at the venus sign or other signs in the chart to determine stability factors? for instance, my bf has a venus aquarius so, he is a bit of a wild card and not what i'd consider stable despite the leo moon IP: Logged |

If a Leo has an air or earth sign moon would that downplay the whole "ego" thing Leos are notorious for?IP: Logged |
