No, I'm not preggers yet. I've always had this strange, intuitive feeling that I may have twins - it must be all the Gemini energy in my chart. Are there any indications of one having twins or multiple children in their chart (both naturally or through "fertility treatment" aka Octo-mom)? Do any of you know anyone who has had twins or triplets even and would like to post their chart for analysis?

I notice women who have twins tend to have Saturn in 5th. Maybe because of the difficulties they can come across having children and end up using thru fertility treatments. Also Gemini/Virgo 5th house. Or 5th house ruler aspecting mercury. Mercury in Cancer/Leo...or Mercury in 5th or 4th.IP: Logged |

In traditional western astrology, the most fertile signs are supposed to be signs of the Moon, Venus and Jupiter (especially Cancer, Taurus, Pisces, and also Scorpio). Libra, Cap, Sag are secondary. Barren signs/planets are associated with Mercury, Saturn and Mars because Mercury is cold and dry and genderless, and Saturn and Mars are malefic. The three worst signs in pregnancy are Gemini, Leo and Virgo. These can suggest difficulty in conceiving children, or few children when placed on the 5th cusp of the chart or when the Moon, or 5th ruler is ruled by these signs. I have heard Aries described as barren (it is hot and dry) also, and Aquarius has watery-qualities but still slightly barren. Mainly, the three barren signs are Gemini, Leo and Virgo though.If the Moon, the 5th cusp sign and especially the 5th ruler are all in barren signs, it's unlikely that the person will have kids without trouble, if at all. When Saturn is in the 5th, it can deny children, but especially usually grants one child at most without medical assistance. Sometimes we are not granted children for different reasons though. If someone was placed in jail, for example, they may be very fertile, but unable to use that to any advantage. In such cases, Saturn could be in the 5th and the 5th ruler might be placed somewhere like the 12th house (which is in aversion to the 5th house) and in an infertile sign. That is just an example.
---- I have never had children, and I don’t really expect that to happen, and if I use my own natal birth chart as another example, my 5th ruler in Regio is Scorpio, a fertile enough sign. But Mars rules and is very strong in my chart in Aries, and also in the 10th house of career. Such a placement would likely make me uninterested in children and focused on other things. My 5th ruler is also in aversion to the 5th house by sign (Aries does not "see" Scorpio in the traditional zodiac), which means that it doesn't acknowledge the house, again showing I am unlikely to have children although I am probably capable of conceiving. Mars is also conjunct Venus, in its detriment, so my female reproductive organs might be overcome by Mars influences. Moon is close to the 5th house, which is usually fertile, though technically 6th, and in a firey sign, which lessens having children. Uranus i the 5th can grant genius children though, so, if I did, they might be pretty smart.  Probably just a bit weird, like myself.

I read once moon in pisces can give multiple births which I have but also have sun in virgo and venus/mars in leo but venus/mars trine by 3 and 4 orbs my 5th cusp so hopefully it will all balance out, would prefer not to have seek treatment. Although having twins would be cool but I want it only if it happens by chance without treatment. IP: Logged |

Saturn in 5th usually signifies women a long time in labour or not even wanting children. I've never heard of it giving twins. Now Uranus could give freaky births. But really most of it is 'genetics' if in your family bloodline or your partners bloodline then that is more indications that what astrology can offer....IP: Logged | |
