I once read that a Piscean can absorb the emotions of people in their environment and mistake them for their own emotions. I have Pisces ASC and I think I do this. My daughter, who is a pre teen, hormonal and moody atm, can come home after I have had a very relaxing day and instantly I can feel the tension. The minute she walks into the door the vibes are on fire.
My question is this. Can I feel a persons energy from a long distance? Obviously I'm contradicting myself a little as I just said I only feel her negativity WHEN SHE COMES INTO MY ENVIRONMENT, so that would mean, generally, no. However, if someone with a lot of intensity in their nature (Scorpio) was feeling/thinking about me and this person is far away, could I pick up on it?
Does anyone have any experience with this Pisces thing? And is only having it in ASC strong enough for this? I'm trying to differentiate between my imagination/wishful thinking, and something that could actually be happening. These intense feelings come over me in waves at unexpected moments.IP: Logged |

I did just read on Lindaland fb something about this full moon in Cancer....we feel a heightened sensitivity to our feelings and the feelings of those around us? Even 3 hours away?IP: Logged |

One of my friends is a Pisces. She picked up on my anger towards someone when no one else did. Lol. She's the calmest person in our group and tends to mellow everyone before things can get out of hand. Whenever I'm irritated she'll make me laugh and is the only person I know who has such an affect on me. I'm not sure about picking up on someone's emotions from a distance. You may have strong synastry with that person if you can do that. Uhm... Maybe Moon-Neptune has something to do with it either in your natal chart or synastry. Neptune plays a role in psychic abilities and with your ASC in Pisces, you're likely more capable than most to pick up on others' emotions. IP: Logged |

I think you can. It's happened to me quite a few times. Freaky, yes. But it's happened. I have Moon trine Neptune and Moon trine Uranus. What sucks is I have a hard time pinpointing who's who. All I know is my feeligns until I get later confirmation whereas I think a Pisces ASC or Pisces sun could tell you who what when where why.IP: Logged |

So your Ascendant is pretty significant then? I always thought it was just the mask you present to the world???

Im a Pisces Asc with a Leo Stellium, I actually feel the pisces stronger than the Leo.. Maybe cuz the energy is so different from the rest of me. I pick up on peoples feelings a lot.. It was really bad when I was a child, I refused to be around people.. My childhood was mostly in solitude. Teachers would say I would never talk in class.. I pick up people in stores, and get really bad vibes and I just have to get away..

Yes. Pisces Sun here...and it can get sort of annoying sometimes. One upside: I can rewatch a movie I haven't particularly cared for in the past, and enjoy it if the person I'm with enjoys it  Re: long distance: With certain people.
Ex: My Mom (also a Pisces Sun) and I will pick up the phone to call each other at the same time. On several occasions, it's been the extreme that one or the other of us has picked up the phone to hear the other on the line (that is, one picked up after the other called but before the phone rang).
Ex 2: my husband and I will do the above, and there have been a few times (while he was traveling) that one of us has sworn that we remember seeing the other doing something that we did while apart. IP: Logged |

The h12 ruler is Uranus which is in H7 though.

Yeah, I really relate to that. Out of nowhere I'll get SUPER intense vibes coming at me, but it will be difficult to know who from who. Sometimes I do when I'm really inter-connected with someone in that point and time. I have my moon tightly conjunct my NN though, which is where I think it comes from. Plus my chart ruler (Mercury) is in the 8th trine Neptune. IP: Logged |

It is, but isn't that maks similar to antennae's?! It helps you feel out a situation (or is HOW) you feel out a situation, how it's aspected kind of tells you what you pick up. Anything that aspects your ASC is going to be much stronger in your day to day personality.
