What would he be like in a relationship?

I read that when a guy has both planets in the same sign, his attraction to a specific type is much stronger.

This man also has a Gemini Sun and Mars in Cancer.

My friend is an Aries with a Gem moon (which is very apparent, and my Taurus moon can't STAND his Gem moon.) and Venus in Taurus.
I have Gem ASC, Mars in Gem, Aries Sun and Taurus moon.

I've known him probably about three years and he's liked me allll this time but will NOT come out and say it. That shyness is definitely a mark of Taurus. Anyway, my point is I think him and I have in common that we like being FRIENDS first with our interests. I would like being friends first with the guys I like but they don't stick around long enough for that to happen lol.

He would lie all the time way back when and forget what his lie was about, which was hilarious. Can't argue worth a darn BUT being a little bit older and wiser now I can tell he'd probably be a really sweet boyfriend.

Mars in Cancer.... eugh. No thank you lol. My Virgo friend and Aries mom both have this placement. One word: Touchy. Probably in all senses of the word now that I think about it.

I have a Taurus moon, I like stability. Mental, emotional, financial. Patience and tolerance are a big thing too. Maybe it's my Aries wants/needs coming out when I say this (I don't know, since Aries and Taurus are right next to each other) but I NEED someone who doesn't get mad when I'M getting mad. You know what I'm saying? Turn taking! That's what is. Manners, and someone I have a rhythm with in the friendship/relationship. Taurus loves rhythm! It's soothing like when you rock a baby to sleep haha.

Venus in Taurus does love curves but not necessarily someone who's demure. I think they like either someone they can order around, or someone who orders them around (Taurus are obedient most of the time) it doesn't matter as long as their role is clearly defined and there is a separation between the two people (re: boundaries.) They don't mind working as long as they know what exactly they're supposed to do at all times. Of course I'm not saying "Taurus hate equal partnerships." I think they/we just get confused where there aren't clear boundaries, and tradition definitely has clear boundaries more so than today thus why they value and like it so much.

Moon is exalted in taurus and generally taurus is a hugely romantic, affectionate and loving sign, very placid and laid back, but can be bit stubborn (as can all fixed signs) But you should remember planets are modified by signs where they express are houses and how they express are *aspects*

When posting a synastry bi wheel from astro.com remember to reduce the *orbs* to 40% and maximum orb should be 3’

When looking at a woman’s chart the type of man she would look for is her sun sign and mars traits, plus 7th house planets and house cusp ruler and where that ruler was deposited.
When looking at a mans chart for the type of woman he would look for is his venus and moon sign and then 7th house planets and house cusp ruler and where that ruler was deposited.

Although synastry is a valuable tool with astrology it cannot 'make things happen' even if you have the best synastry in the world unfortunately.

In synastry I use tight orbs and view aspects between one person's outer planets to the other person's inner planets as being "karmic connections"......usually with the outer planet person doing the teaching and the inner planet person doing the learning.

I don't get it because astrology wise - I'm not that earthy or watery.

I'm a:

Sag Asc with Leo Sun, Pisces Moon, Gemini Venus and Aries Mars.

My only conclusion is that A. I'm a somewhat attractive female and I'll attract whoever or B. My 5th H is ruled by Taurus.

As such, the individual may attract people of that sign or someone with an Aries placement in Mars,Sun or Moon.

This is just my theory and i am still testing it to see its validity. Because Aries energy and a stellium in a certain sign have a similar "nowhere to hide. I am what i am" feel to them.

Now also, is ur Venus in the 7th? As this is the classic indicator of attracting Venusian types.

It sounds like you are learning your 5th house. I went through a phase of attracting particular signs; as if that was the only way to really understand how the signs functioned. Now I'm attracted to men with strong aspects to my personal planets but for a time I was attracted to everything but....possibly I sent a message to the Universe to learn astrology from every angle

As for the original question, I actually have a good friends with a Moon-Venus conjunction in Taurus. He's a Pisces Sun and the most successful relationship he's had (since I've known him) was with a fellow Pisces, her Mars in Taurus. Of course it depends on aspects to the Moon-Venus - if Uranus is square they'll go for the Aquarian type for instance.

You have to take the whole chart into account and even then, you can never be sure. Synastry is the most unpredictable branch of astrology (which is why it's the most interesting). We tend to date people who reflect how we feel about ourselves, so if we have low self-esteem we'll find somebody who treats us that way.

A happy, adjusted Moon-Venus in Taurus with soft aspects will go for the earthy fellow, the person with 2nd House and/or earthy emphasis.

For the exception of the moon, I have the placements of the guy you describe.

Its probably better hes a Taurus moon, he'll probably be more patient then I am.

Hes a genuine guy that likes a feminine woman and curves.

Not fat more curry think Kate Winslet or Lindsay Lohan. As per Feminine think Rihanna.

So somewhere as a cross between the three people mentioned above.

The only problem is its always hard to pin a Gemini down, with the Venus Taurus he'll be slow, but he'll make sure your the one.

Even if your the right one he'll be slow because he wants to make sure.

Recently, I looked back at a natal chart of an Aries I knew. I kind felt a spark
and she would always feel comfortable around me.

Found out she had a Venus Taurus mars Cancer and it was trine/conjunct my venus/moon and mars.

But we were both slow..

My boyfriend is a Venus Taurus and his brother is a Venus Taurus and Taurus Moon. Both of them seem to be the romantic types. They put a lot of value in their relationships. They are the types to do anything for their girlfriend.

The Venus sign shows how they act in love. And while in men, it shows also what qualities they are attracted to it doesn't paint the whole picture. Men also are attracted to their moon sign as well. So while this guy you're talking about is a Taurus Venus and Moon they might be attracted to earth signs but I think you also need to look at their 7th and 8th house to see what they're attracted to.

Yep, Venus in the 7th H as well. Never really thought it would indicate attracting Venusian types.
