If this is about a particular chart, please post it?? with prog and transits.8th house is conception, and 5th describes children. Having a malific like an outer in 5th may be problematic. Saturn could be lonng time in labour, uranus unsual kids or freaky births (twins for example) Neptune could be miscarriage/sacrifices...
