Topic: No Aquarius - Yet I am drawn to the Bizzare?

So I have no aquarius, no 11th house influence, nor any major uranus aspects in my chart. Yet, I am drawn to almost anything strange, bizzare, or off kilter. Does anyone see anything in my chart that could hint to this? It's one of a few things that I can't quite sort out. Example of something bizzare I love: link ------------------

Perhaps moon conjunct pluto, in scorpio. Need to experience the unusual and dig beneath the surfaces of existence.IP: Logged |

hmm i dont see anything really in your chart,have you looked at your draconic chart? sometimes you can find what is missing by looking at it and it explains alot,perhaps you have a ton of aquarius in your draconic.for example i am a aqua sun,ascendant and venus,with planets in 11th house and taurus moon,but i can have a bad temper and be kinda selfcentered and impulsive,and really sensitive,but my natal chart doesnt fully explain it,and i looked at my draconic chart and i was a double aries with a cancer moonIP: Logged |

That would make sense. I had always attributed that to why I crave intensity, but not the need to the bizzare. It is very possible though.

Neptune is negatively aspected. It opposes mars exactly, and squares my ascendent. ------------------

We have similar placements in gemini . I noticed Gemini's can be a bit quirky. I think our generation is just bizarre were exposed to so many things, plus we grew up with the internet. I noticed really normal/ boring people usually never get on the internet.

You have the rulers of your 5th (Uranus) and 7th (Mars) house in opposition.
That's a pretty strong aspect especially since Mars shows how you act out your Sun sign.IP: Logged |

Even though the orb is 8 deg? When they get that high I often wonder if I should consider them or not (anything over 6 usually feels like too much to me). That's interesting though, and it certainly would explain a lot of stuff, outside of this as well.

Ok. I don't know what a helilocentric chart says or means, nor do I understand draconian. Either way here are both of them.Heliocentric
Draconian What's interesting to me at least is I have a lot of scorpio in heliocentric (like I need any more!). There's a number of out of sign aspects too. My uranus is in aquarius in draconian. quote:

I think the max is 8 degrees; 10 degrees when the Sun or Moon are involved. Aquarius on your 5H cusp is enough for... differences. It's different, but not creepy different. My brother is an Aquarius and he's always been into things that people wouldn't believe someone from our background could grasp. Not to mention he's smarter than most, but I am his sister so why wouldn't I say that even if it weren't true?  Also, your Sun, your 11HR, is in your 8H along with Mercury, Venus, and Jupiter. I'd say that's enough. Venus conjunct Jupiter in Gemini gives you a fondness for art that is unconventional. Gemini is a very innovative sign and isn't all about traditional beauty like Libra.

Hmmm...it definitely IS bizarre, but it came off more...strange and unusual, in a dark way. It mystified me!  I dunno, I think this is kinda Scorpio/Eighth House-y. Maybe it's just my Scorpio acting up?  (okay not really, I'm quite average) IP: Logged |

well you do have an 'exact' urnaus sun biquintile. that's pretty 'major'. you also have an exact uranus mercury semi square. you also have a tight uranus moon/mars/neptune aspects. neputne can also be bizare and you have it bigquintile mercury. pisces can be dreamy in a bizare way. and your 5th house is ruled by pisces. you have urnaus and neptune in the third house? those are the initial things that i noticed. there is probably more. your uranus,saturn,neptune conjunction is in the 3rd house. that effects the way you communicate/express yourself and effects how you are mentally. they also sqaure your ascendent which would give you a quark and is apart of a t-sqaure between your ascendent and mars. i think your moon conjunct pluto can have some effect too IP: Logged |

You have 5th house in aqua so what you are attracted to is ruled by Uranus and your Uranus opposes Mars. Art and music fall in the 5th house domain.You do have uranian influence in your chart which rules Aquarius. You also have uranus inconjunct mercury and biquintile Sun and like I said uranus rules your fifth house so your music taste will be uraniun and what you are attracted to as well.  Add to edit......ofcourse what a 5th house person finds offbeat or unique will vary from person to person. I have uranus conjunct ascendent.... I am very me and my ex has 5th house in aqua. I have unusual ideas and don't like to be dominated and am free spiritued, he has sun in scorpio conjunct uranus and trine moon and semisextile mars. However my ex does not have unusual taste in music but he isn't intellectual like you so I am going to narrow down your taste to the unusual with the arts to your 5th being in aqua and ruler of the 5th uranus forming an incojunct to your mercury.
Edit to add:
I would describe your taste in music mercury meets uranus combined with your gemini in the 8th stellium . I feel your taste in music is also linked to your taste in men and your sexuality style. IP: Logged |

amelia28- that all makes sense to me, and I can drink to that! haha.I guess for me it's not just a single aspect then or single factor. Seems like it is a lot of things that add up in the end. I strongly suspect my sexuality will be linked to my music style. I haven't had much experience with it or chance to explore it, but I do feel it's linked. Thanks! ------------------

Maybe it's your strong 8th house influence and moon conjunct pluto (pluto loves the taboo) combined with 3 important planets in gemini (a strong curiosity and a certain eccentricity) and north node on the cusp of aqua and pisces?Just a guess... Aqua doesnt love taboo as much as it just loves anyone who is witty and fun and proud to march to the
beat of their own drummer, even if it is a little wierd. But it is not an especially dark or macabre taste like pluto. Pluto is more the taboo stuff. But i think this combined with a strong gemini influence makes u like weird eccentric things bc ppl with a lot of gemini or sun-mercury aspects love eccentric things. And the Pluto influence would make it taboo eccentric things i guess. I have a lot of uranus and nn in aqua but only jupiter in gemini (and a gemini nametype)...I like eccentric things and people but not taboo stuff....I have a revulsion against stuff that's "too weird." Even though i have sun trine pluto, pluto in the first, and venus and mars square pluto, i am probably repulsed by things that are "too weird" because of my cancer sun and mercury (very conservative). Heh, there is pretty much no such thing as too weird for me . Guess my pluto must have a big influence on this for me. The stranger the better.Something really bizzare that I think is so so cool. Love it ------------------

You know I guess it does make sense. One of my closest friends has a very heavy Aquarius influence. One has sun, ascendent and mercury all conjunct each other with the sun in the first house. Then a capricorn stellium in the 11th. She is one of the strangest people I know and is extremely unique, but is often put off, or very confused by the "strange" things I am into. My mother has a very heavy aquarius element as well, and she doesn't like all of the strange things I am into. She's got a lot of pisces energy as well though so she "gets" a good chunk of it. Guess I need to reevaluate what aquarius means in my mind ------------------
