now the first one is difficult and the second one is nice...

which one will overpower the other?

Depends on the orb. And one wouldn't necessarily over power the other, you would still feel both if the orbs were the same.

There are things to consider first like
are any planets on an angle?
Do any of those planets rule the Ascendant?
Are any of the planets part of a major configuration?

start there.
