Is there any proof of this? Is this true?

I have a few
0 Libra = pluto
26 Cap/Can= NN/SN
15Leo = Sun/Moon midpoint... states this is the worst degree of the zodiac.
sun at 16 moon at 14

These are the one's that I have that are exact.. I have others they are by 1 orb..

and I have Iris 29 deg. I'm pretty sure she has something to do with judgement.

He gets frustrated easily and I am helping him see this and I can see he is trying but is very strong....and if he gets frustrated bad enough he breaks walls and computers to name a few so their is something to that 25 degrees in leo. I guess that degree makes it easy for negative energy to built up.

I have 0 cardinal in my chart but my 2nd, 8th, 5th and 11th house cups are all in 13 degrees and my whole family is cardinal and so is my husband.

Edit to add:
however he does have libra sun and gemini rising at 26 degrees so this should help keeping that 25 degree leo in venus under control. Like for example, if he feels I am listening it calms down the anger a lot.

13 and 26 Degrees of Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn give special importance to the planet(s) or house cusps occupying the degree. The affairs ruled by the planets, the affairs ruled by the houses ruled by the planets or by the houses these degrees are on point to something of the above mentioned occuring in the life of the chart owner.

the weird thing is ruler of the house my merc is in is mars in house 1 and the ruler of the house my mars is in is pluto also in h1..

The 18th degree (violent, diabolic) was present in the bombing of Hiroshima. As well as Robert Oppenheimer's natal.

Edit: Personal example...my mum has her 7th House ruler @ 18*. Her one-to-one relationships are quite disastrous....well, at least according to her Cancer Moon. :P

One of the top notch liars/frauds in my database has Asteroid SWINDLE on 15 Leo. But she also has Neptune retrograde and squaring Karma exact. Perhaps the difficult degrees are difficult only due to other aspects.

A fan of perpetrating fraud has 15 degrees Libra Rising but she also has Neptune square Saturn retrograde.

Yet another deceitful person has Pisces Ascendant [ 25 degrees ] and a packed 6th House.

A common feature in the above and many other non psychopathic yet nasty people is Anaretic Sun/Moon, quincunx to the Sun and retrograde Neptune or Saturn.
