i have this in my natal chart,i read that capricorn north node is about being responsible, being a leader, and being the master of your life. but north node in twelfth house is all about having faith in God for good outcomes, letting go of control, and just living out of faith. these two things are in complete contradiction to each other, how can you both be in control and relinquish control of life at the same time?

Iono....step by step?
Let yourself dissolve into oblivion/insanity in a methodical manner?
Be bossy about being One with the Universe?

lol@h12 insanity. Possibility!

Maybe you're some kind of guru underneath it all? Capricorn's a leader.
But H12 NN is a place where you will be alone a bit, and Capricorn NN goes for self reliance vs SN Cancer dependency, so maybe going on solo spiritual retreats as a way to detach from the day to day Cancer SN H6 of taking care of others (family's) needs? Is your day to day wrapped up in a lot of endless worry? Because Cancer can drown itself there.
You just play with the concepts of each til you see what fits. But Capricorn wants something to show for its efforts, he doesn't like to waste time. Capricorn says to hold off on the emotional displays (uncool) so maybe seriously pursuing H12 matters? Depends, is Saturn badly aspected? If so it could even be a possible stint in jail.

^ Oh, every kid is allowed to mess up.
Doesn't sound horrid to me.
So Saturn/NN/Sun are conj? Saturn's in Cap then? If so, sounds heavy. Are there depressions? Otoh, NN conj are considered beneficial giving a stronger single minded purpose, with the Sun there, even stronger.

"Let yourself dissolve into oblivion/insanity in a methodical manner?"

LOL! But I actually agree with that!

I'm no expert in astrology as I'm about to show you. But I have a Capricorn sun with Saturn in the 12th house and all kinds of saturnine things going on..so I feel a kinship here.

I really think that learning how to let go has been the most important lesson I've learned in this life. Eckart Tolle's books helped me to live in the present, die to the past constantly.

With Capricorn north node, I think you could (or already do) articulate spiritual issues well, and become someone to lean on through tragedies.

Novice opinion, correct me if I'm wrong or sounding dumb. Please

can you post your chart please? it may be that Node is in 11th Equal house (which would be better placed)

12th house has a tendency to dissolve things. It may be that you are supposed to do more charitable things. work within hospitals or instituitions even.

Cancer South Node is to come away from family matters, worries and being overly sensitive. To plan, work hard acknoweldge duties and responsibilties..

Have you tried meditating or yoga? Capricorn is rather a quiet/structured sign and that would go well with the solitude calling from the 12th. Also, do you 'work with' your Mars a lot (a trine)? Making sure to funnel some of that energy into -doing- something in the area where Mars falls? It'd be more difficult without the trine, you can believe that.
