I have been trying to understand what effect draco synastry has on people involved. Have you had experiences where there were felt contacts that were only explained by draco charts?

I had to end a long relationship (not a traditional relarionship) today and he seemed to take it pretty hard, yet depending on what house system i use, in placidus, my planets overlay his air and fire houses. In the equal, my sun is on top of his 4th house cusp (not IC) and my moon, his 6th house cusp.

For some reason i do feel like that the equal system is more 'fitting' BUT it may just be my progressed sun.

Now in the draco chart, there is an exact conjunction of my sun-mercury to his IC. He has said that he feels like he belongs to me multiple times before and yet our relationship is supposed to have little impact on him (my sun-merc, jupiter in his 3rd in placidus).

My question is: is the draco synastry felt by the people or is it simply symbolic?
