So, your Neptune/Pieces and S. Node point to addiction but what astrologically helps an individual out of addiction? Following through with their North Node placement?

Thanks!

read a story about a heroic act and immitate it...for me quitting cigarettes was about hercules using fire to sear one of the hydra's heads out...and then I saw the root of addiction was the same for all of them...there are only few a hydras left now....but i'm okay with that sugar.

I read somewhere that the answer to Neptune problems is to go in the opposite direction- to Virgo.

I've got a Pisces moon. When I get obsessive over things I clean my house and also shut my brain off, taking advice from Eckhart Tolle to just forget I exist.

But I know some addictions are more serious.

Have you ever read Gary Goldschneider's Secret Language of Destiny? He gives a lot of detailed (and accurate IMO) advice for each north node.

Best wishes,
Faith

Faith - that is an interesting concept, going the opposite direction toward Virgo.

I deal with addiction (drug and food), too..in the past week I have started working on these addictions and habits. What is helping is keeping busy, mentally...and yes, cleaning and organizing and making lists and basically just doing work! Virgo traits, for sure

It's always good to remember, planets are modified by signs, where they express are houses, and how they express are *aspects*

Neptune con South Node suggests confusions, illusions, delusions, spiritual matters, sacrifices, regrets even..
