For instance: My 11th house is ruled by Aries but is naturally the house of Aquarius. So even though it's ruled by Aries, will Aquarius have any influence over that house at all or am I supposed to forget it altogether? IP: Logged |

Hi Hanna, The 11th house is the Aquarian house so it has Aquarian interests. All the things associated with Aquarius are found here.I hope I said that in a way that makes sense. If not, let me know and I'll try again IP: Logged |

I'm just guessing here, but with Aries ruling your Eleventh, I'd imagine it as the interests of Aquarius with an Aries twist?IP: Logged |

Ok, so you have Aries on you 11th house cusp, with Mars [where??]. Planets in the 11th, and the position of Mars will delineate your 11th house. Uranus/Aquarius as natural ruler plays a part, particularly in transits. For now use Uranus/Aquarius to understand the houses they rule in your chart. IP: Logged |

The House, Planet, Sign, and Harmonic naturally revolve around concepts associated with the attributed archetype (e.g. the 11th House and Ideals focused on general peoplehood; Planet Uranus and our Idyllic view of reality; Sign Aquarius and it's flexibility of mind and imagination; Harmonic 11/Undeciles and the requirement for us to open our minds to a greater and more accepting view). The way I understand it, Signs, Planets, Houses, and Harmonics are all quite different in form, but revolve around a similar function. As in our world, our style (sign) is influenced by the roles we play (planet) and our environment (houses). I have seen Signs end up being influenced more by their associated Houses and Planets, than the reverse idea in my study of astrology. In your case, I would look to Mars, Mars's House, and Mars's Sign for influences on your Aries ruled, 11th House. The Aquarian Planets and Houses in your chart would look to your 11th House and Uranus for their influences. A House is like a theatrical set, it is the place in which specific events take place. Planets are the characters in the scene. Signs are the attitudes, costumes, and designs used to decorate and express a character or set. And Harmonics are the relationships/dialogue between each character or situation. Here is a generalized and poor example if you are interested: Jupiter in Leo 4th House/Sun in Capricorn (Cancer on the 4th House cusp/Moon in Virgo 5th House), square Mars in Scorpio 7th House/Pluto in Libra (Libra on the 7th House cusp/Venus in Pisces) - House 4 ruled by Cancer/Moon in Virgo: This scene takes place in a practically designed living room. The furnishings are comfortable and the area is filled with memorabilia from the good times in the character's life. There is a well executed precision to the flair of this space, and though slightly romantic, the style's ultimate goal is comfort and accessibility. Planet Jupiter in Leo/Sun in Capricorn: A playful and creative uncle with a dry, but dynamic wit; well dressed and groomed to display his success; seeks to accomplish an exciting and creative experience for his guests. He hopes to pull out all the stops and impress his guests with his efforts. AND House 7 ruled by Libra/Venus in Pisces: This scene takes place in an intimate social setting. The surroundings are romantic, aesthetically pleasing and dreamy, they inspire people to get to know each other deeply. Planet Mars in Scorpio/Pluto in Libra: An assassin or skilled warrior capable of seeing the inner feelings and thoughts of others. She seeks to charm her way into a deep understanding of all who pass through this intimate setting, and may even use it's aesthetically pleasing qualities like a tempting trap. Harmonic square: When the Uncle and the Assassin talk on the phone, their dialogue is stressful. They worry the other does not relate with their own core values. Because of this they are made personally uneasy, they often fight over who's values should be considered most important. The Jovial Uncle thinks people should be brought into a personal and comfortable space while given the opportunity to learn just how great he is. The Assassin believes people should be drawn into a safe and social 1 on 1 setting (with plenty of opportunities for exit strategy), and slowly allowed access to personal information as they are proven trustworthy. They are learning to put personal issues aside and call upon each other when their individual talents are needed. ------------------ Ever used the Linda-Goodman.com Search Engine? Wanna?
