Virgo and Gemini. Gemini will always have the baby face.

ya i hear gemini/cap things all the time. I think a lot has to do with the way yu act and carry yurself too. Like if they dress nice and not matronly then people in their 50s can look great and it can detract from their appearance.
I know a cap with cap asc and she isn't very young looking. My gramma got gray hair late, her hair is still brownish and she doesn't dye it. She has mercury and sun conj. her aquarius asc.
I know someone who got gray hair earlyish with a cap asc. But i think of the gemini i know/knew they all had pretty young faces, round and cute.
If someone has good 'young looking' aspects those can be offset if the person is a drug user or doesn't take care of their health which can lead to a more aged appearance. So look out for those kind of things too.

My mom is a Gemini rising (sun in Aries), and she looks very good for her age (52). Looks, however, are not everything. She has recently developed a head tremor at a pretty young age. And she has problems with arthritis and her knees (double knee replacement when she was only 50!) . . . I think this definitely will make people think she is older than she actually is as time goes on.

Other than that, I agree that Gemini and Capricorn tend to age well. Or maybe with Capricorn it's more that age wears well on that person; their looks work better with age.

I look 10-15 years younger than my age. I have nothing but IC. I do have Mars in Gemini, Libra Ac, and Sun/Moon Aries.

It's definitely not genetic. All my other relatives near and far look their age or older.
