You can get an immediate chart interpretation from astro.com. From ‘free horoscopes tab look for free 'personal portrait' or ‘astroclick portrait’ interpretation of a natal chart in the free horoscope section, you simply put the cursor on a planet and it brings a pop up box to explain what it means to have a planet in that house and any other aspects it has to natal planets. plus a six month free transit report in 'short report' Robert Hand gives a valuable in depth explanation of transits here – only slight objection I have with astro, is they use orbs of upto maybe 10' approaching, exact and departing. So most transits seem very long in effect. I use more realistic orbs of 1' approaching, 1' exact and 1' departing. http://www.khaldea.com/ephemcenter.shtml
If you want to learn how to use an ephemeris try here.. http://www.astrologyweekly.com/forum/showthread.php?t=42496
here is my favourite online ephemeris which plots where the planets are for hundreds of years...
You asked about *aspects*
Natal chart aspects http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Planets_in_astrology http://www.astrologyweekly.com/learn-astrology/astrology-glyphs.php http://www.skyscript.co.uk/sunaspects.html http://www.cafeastrology.com/natal/planetsaspectsastrology.html http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Astrological_aspect http://www.astro.com/astrology/in_aspect_e.htm http://www.skyviewzone.com/astrology/aspectsreference.htm http://www.skyviewzone.com/astrology/aspectssun.htm http://astrologynotes.org/wiki/Sun_aspects http://www.astrologyindepth.com/Special:Prefixindex/category: http://www.bobmarksastrologer.com/TOClessons.htm http://www.theastrologicalaspects.com/ http://www.strangehouse.com/natal-aspects/index.php
planets in houses http://www.horoscopeswithin.com/planetsinhouses.php
Houses/signs are like the backdrop of a stage/theatre, planets in houses behave like actors on a stage, the *aspects* show how these planets/actor behave in a house
I use Equal House system (where each cusp is same as Ascendant) and am a modern astrologer. Lots of newcomers come into Astrology/forums and get a free chart from astro and the default ‘house system’ used is Placidus and think that’s just the norm and all there is……..BUT that is just the tip of the iceberg. You can change the default on astro.com in Extended Chart selection to Equal house and a few others if you wish to experiment…..
Within the mainstream are placidus/equal houses (the default on astro is placidus) only difference being some planets may move from one house to another thereby altering it's interpretation and it's 'only' with research will you find which /planets 'fit you' in which houses. So my advice, do two charts, research any planets that move houses and see which you identity with - simple

So your stellium in libra would all be 12th house. main theme here is 'serve or suffer'
Basic astrology forum, 12th house planets http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum12/private-jjLYZw161/HTML/000666.html
Pluto in 1st House – angular
Tends to be a loner and hold innermost self aloof from those around. Penetrating gaze. Person power and will is indicated. Much more below the surface than is shown above. Very private person – holds secret
Tunnel vision when concentrating will always finish things.
Usually deep penetrating eyes. Intensity comes over even when being silent
A marvelous sense of purpose is generally present, and must be expressed and fulfilled otherwise an inner seething and sense of dissatisfaction may be the result
If Pluto is afflicted and could cause deep rooted psychological problems that can emerge as physical ailments.
The nearer Pluto lies to the Ascending degree, the stronger its influence will be. The planet's influence will darken the personality, adding an incisive and deep, emotionally intense quality.
you have a bowl shape chart

Did you notice all your planets are on the eastern side (left)#Hemispheres and quadrants http://wilsontc.stormloader.com/Step_2_Self_and_other_focus.htm#continue http://www.astrotheme.com/planets-distribution.php http://www.lunarliving.org/astrology/hemispheres_quadrants1.shtml http://www.cafeastrology.com/articles/hemisphereemphasis.html
Saturn would be 4th and uranus/neptune 3rd house, venus 11th. Venus is at critical degree and in fall and only one aspect sextile to pluto
Saturn square Asc will knock your confidence in childhood and lastly chiron would be 10th, which is the sign of a *healer*

I love the parable, “If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day, BUT if you teach him how to fish, you feed him for life.”
