My Pisces friend and I both have NN 0* Aries in our Draconic Charts. IQ says this is an important degree point in astrology. Why is this so?

i thought all draconics bring the NN to 0 degrees aries

I once saw a sign that said "sin is death" but if "all deaths are suicide (linda goodman)" and suicide is sin, then shouldnt "death is sin" be more appropriate?
