Venus is the general significator for women in Horary. If the question is about a man regarding a relationship and the 7th cusp happens to be Libra or Taurus... what do you look at Venus as?

My guess is that it is now his main significator overriding the general meaning and no longer represents the female at all.

Yes.. If H7 is ruled by venus, then the "other" person is venus.

Thanks!

ANOTHER QUESTION: What if the significators are at critical degrees (28 and 29* or 0*)? How do you view them?

Do I view it as he is going through a change of circumstances right now? Or that everything is soon to change?

Specific Info: The question I am looking at is a relationship question and these are significators of the other/male. His significators are: (Main) Venus in Pisces House 12 at 28.12, (Co) Saturn in 7 Libra at 29.30 and Sun at 17.19 Aquarius. The Sun is one degree from the end of the 11th house. So every single significators are at either the very end of the house or the very end of the sign...

It means the answer is already known by you when the degrees are late.

Oh, I thought it was only when the moon was at late degrees that this was the case... and if the Asc was that late that it was not reliable to read the chart...

I'm baffled now... I don't know the answer... I wouldn't have asked the question if I knew the answer... I only have my hopes of what the answer would be...

I guess there is probably something else I am missing...

With the Moon in horary if it's in a late degree, see if it makes any aspects with any other planets before it leaves the sign, if it doesn't then yes it means moving on.
