the *third planet* conj sun/moon or Asc/Mc could be described as weak conjunction, bit like parallels (conj) and contra parallels (oppositions) For a planet to BE conj this midpoint, necessarily the must be in *hard aspect* in the natal chart...ie: conj, square or opposition..... so you will already have a flavour how these hard aspects work and I doubt whether you will identify or feel this influences/energy. BUT like parallels if you don't have a natal aspect and a planet is conj this midpoint then it brings in another energy in How to calculate midpoints http://www.cafeastrology.com/sunmoonmidpointrelationship.html Free online midpoint calculator http://www.noendpress.com/pvachier/midpoints/index.php Midpoint lessons http://junojuno2.tripod.com/mini.htm http://junojuno2.tripod.com/ http://www.astrologyweekly.com/forum/showthread.php?t=17513 The orb has to be very tight 1’ or max 1’30” to be effective though
