I'm hearing conflicting things... I read that Venus represents the woman in horary, so if you are asking a relationship question about a male female relationship of yours then you are venus, but now I am reading that if venus is in the 7th house in horary it would indicate that he has another woman...

So I am now confused...

Yes I think it means there's another woman into play, unless one of you is signified by Venus.
You are represented by the Ascendant ruler, planets in the 1st and the Moon, he is represented by the Descendant ruler and the planets in the 7th.

I may miss some things though, I'm not really well-informed on Horary.
