Do you mean thats theres no aspects to the sun and venus? Sometimes people mix up composite and synastry and I just want to clarify.
I feel that no aspects to the sun and venus isn't good for long term. I wouldn't expect it to last very long or be too significant. In composite, It would give it a lost feeling of not knowing where you're going or/and the purpose of the relationship. It wouldn't be very emotionally fulfilling.

Yeah I hear it gives a very disjointed kind of tone to the relationship. Like both people feel like they're 'cut off' from each other.

For a close intimate relationship that doesn´t bode too well on first glance.

BUT make sure you check if there are no strong aspects to the ruler of ASC, 5th and 7th house.

Only if there were none of these I would really ringl the alarm bell.

--------------------------
(and yes, surprisingly it happens. the ex boyfriend of my best friend had a totally unaspected Sun, Venus, Mars, ruler of 5th and ruler of 7th house in synastry. Makes you wonder why he was in the relationship at all? Well, he had a very aspected Moon, and MC ruler in this synastry chart. She made him "look good" and felt like "family" as he stated. He left her for a girl who was putting her Sun-Venus-conjunction onto his Sun-Mars-Uranus-stellium. lol
My friend definitely is better off without him though).

karka queen,
synastry is a complex business and shouldn't take just one or two aspects out of context. It's more likely to be unaspected in syn which describes THE relationship as a separate entity as it's the midpoints of your planets and his planets..

If you are not IN a relationships a composite is *useless* or IF you don't have correct TOB's then it's useless...

Basic astrology forum, How to approach Synastry http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum12/private-jjLYZw161/HTML/000667.html
when you get this chart, please also post the *pdf file*, above left should be *view additional tables (PDF)* This will bring up the aspect grid –at a glance planet to planet. Post the whole PDF file, what we are looking for if scroll down to ‘partner comparison’ aspect grid

Please remember to reduce the orb ratio down to 40% as the max orb between planets is 3'
