Teeth are rather prominent though. Is that Libra? I would think big teeth pertain to Cap or Sag... I'm getting fire too???

I don't believe you CAN poss guess someone's Asc, sun or moon sign JUST be looking at a picture!!

Ascendants are modified by planets that are conjunct or in hard aspect to. Its a very specialised field.

Inner radiance which seems like a strong Venus. I don't see a Libra ASC. I see Venus more inner. As far as ASC, I see Sag. As far as Moon, I bet he has a tender moon, a water moon, perhaps. I am not sure about this. I bet he has some wonderful asteroids conj his ASC like Juno. I bet he does not have many "dark" asteroids prominent like Nessus.
